Biography:
She truly is one for the ages.
“Tiimeless” Toni Storm isn’t just a generational talent (or multigenerational if you ask her). She has proven herself as the crème de la crème of the AEW women’s division with a flair that the pro wrestling industry has never seen.
The Gold Coast, Australia native was already a two-time AEW women’s world champion when her world went black and white. In September 2023, Toni began channeling Hollywood’s golden age of the 1940s and 1950s – and AEW hasn’t been the same since.
Accompanied by her loyal butler Luther, Toni would proceed to become the first four-time AEW women’s world champion while holding the belt longer than any of her predecessors (all of whom she has pinned along the way in singles competition). Along the way, Toni would earn Women’s Wrestler of the Year honors from ESPN and Pro Wrestling Illustrated.
Such success caught the attention of Ben Mankiewicz, the host of Turner Classic Movies. Ben has appeared on AEW programming and Toni was a red-carpet guest for the TCM Film Festival in April 2025. The experience prompted Toni to adapt a new finishing maneuver – the TCM chicken wing.
It should come as no shock that someone as timeless as Toni would be cast in the 2024 movie Queen of the Ring celebrating the life of Mildred Burke, another female trailblazer from yesteryear.
