Collision Preview

Our residency at the legendary 2300 Arena in Philadelphia, PA continues tonight when AEW Collision comes to you live Coast-to-Coast at 8 p.m. ET/7 p.m. CT/5 p.m. PT on TNT and streaming on HBO Max!

If Wednesday’s AEW Dynamite and last night’s ROH Death Before Dishonor were any indication, we should be in for another wild night in one of the greatest wrestling cities in the world, Philadelphia.

We’ll see a huge trios match in the women’s division when AEW Women’s World Champion “Timeless” Toni Storm tags with her good friend, Interim ROH Women’s World TV Champion Mina Shirakawa, as well as Queen Aminata, to face Billie Starkz and Triangle of Madness’ Skye Blue and Julia Hart. Big Bill and Juice Robinson will finally square off one-on-one, continuing a rivalry that’s only gotten more and more hostile. And there’s much more to come.

Here’s your complete AEW Collision preview for August 30, 2025.

AEW Collision Matches, Preview for Saturday, August 30

All Star Trios Match: AEW Women’s Champion “Timeless” Toni Storm, Interim ROH Women’s World TV Champion Mina Shirakawa & Queen Aminata vs. Billie Starkz & Triangle of Madness’ Skye Blue and Julia Hart

In last night’s ROH Death Before Dishonor main event, Interim ROH Women’s World TV Champion Mina Shirakawa gave ROH Women’s World Champion Athena everything she could handle, but it wasn’t enough to end a reign that will reach 1,000 days on Friday. Of course, Billie Starkz made her presence known in the match, so Shirakawa will look for a measure of revenge in this trios tag alongside the AEW Women’s Champion “Timeless” Toni Storm and Queen Aminata.

Speaking of Aminata, after some travel issues, she made it back to America in time to win her quarterfinal match in the ROH Women’s Pure Title Tournament against Taya Valkyrie at ROH Death Before Dishonor last night. Tonight, Aminata will continue her ongoing battles with Triangle of Madness, as it will be Skye Blue and Julia Hart teaming with Starkz. Aminata has gone back-and-forth with Triangle of Madness in tag action in recent weeks, but tonight, she’ll get some new partners in Shirakawa and Storm.

With multiple rivalries intersecting in this trios match, the stage is set for an explosive battle tonight on AEW Collision!

Big Bill vs. Juice Robinson

A rivalry that began a little over a month ago during the $200K Tag Team 4-Way comes to a head tonight when Juice Robinson of the Bang Bang Gang takes on Big Bill. After that 4-Way tag match, Juice was livid with Ricochet for interfering, but it was Big Bill who interrupted him backstage, as the two brawled. Ever since, Bill and Juice have had it out for one another.

There’s little doubt Bill is ready for this one. Last week in Glasgow, he made quick work of his opponent, Mark Andrews, and then continued the destruction by sending Andrews through a pair of steel chairs, as the jam-packed crowd roared in approval!

Against that backdrop, the hostilities between Bill and Juice will spill into the ring on Saturday night. Is Big Bill too much man or will Juice get loose in the 2300 Arena?

TNT Champion “The Protostar” Kyle Fletcher & Josh Alexander of the Don Callis Family vs. Tomohiro Ishii & Kyle O’Reilly

Coming off his impressive TNT Championship defense against Hiromu Takahashi at AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door last weekend, “The Protostar” Kyle Fletcher returns to action tonight alongside “The Walking Weapon” Josh Alexander to represent the Don Callis Family against familiar foes, Tomohiro Ishii and Kyle O’Reilly.

Last weekend in London, O’Reilly was on the winning side of an eight-man tag during Zero Hour, but the Callis Family didn’t take too kindly to the loss and immediately went on the attack. That brought out Ishii, who made the save for his old Conglomeration buddy, O’Reilly. The Stone Pitbull had the jam-packed crowd whipped into a frenzy when he hit a stunning vertical-drop brainbuster on the much larger Lance Archer, leaving O’Reilly as joyous as the fans in attendance.

Both Ishii and O’Reilly battled and lost to Fletcher in memorable matches on AEW Collision over the last two months, including Ishii taking Fletcher to the limit in his first defense of the TNT Championship three weeks ago. Alexander will try to build on the momentum from taking the deciding pinfall for the Don Callis Family over “Speedball” Mike Bailey in eight-man tag action this past Wednesday on AEW Dynamite.

In what is sure to be a hard-hitting affair, you couldn’t ask for a more perfect atmosphere than the City of Brotherly Love. And when these four guys are involved, it will be anything but lovely. Buckle up for this throwdown tonight!

Hologram vs. Jay Lethal

Hologram and Jay Lethal each won their respective matches last night at ROH Death Before Dishonor, and tonight, they’ll meet one-on-one for the first time. While Hologram has never lost on AEW Collision, Lethal steps into a building and a city that has been a constant in his nearly 25 years in the ring, so he will be in his comfort zone.

As a former ROH World Champion, Lethal has seen it all, but how will he handle Hologram? This unique and exciting matchup comes your way on AEW Collision.

FTR vs. Adam Priest & JD Drake

FTR may have Adam Copeland and Christian Cage on their minds for AEW All Out in Toronto next month, but tonight, they’ll be in action against Adam Priest and JD Drake.

Dax Harwood and Cash Wheeler rudely opened up this week’s AEW Dynamite with Stokely, as they berated referee Paul Turner for his officiating at AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door. That brought out Copeland and a sneak attack by Cage on Big Stoke with the reunited team making the challenge for All Out.

It’s probably fair to say that Dax and Cash are in a foul mood and will be looking to take it out on Priest and Drake. While FTR hold a significant experience advantage as a team, Priest and Drake have found success alongside Anthony Henry in ROH. FTR can send a big message to Cope and Cage in tonight’s match. And you know they’ll make sure to deliver it definitively.

Alex Windsor in Action

Alex Windsor might not have come away with the TBS Championship at AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door, but she certainly has the attention of Mercedes Moné. You can bet Moné will be watching when Windsor is in action tonight on AEW Collision.

On AEW Dynamite, Moné sidestepped a question from Renee Paquette about Windsor getting Moné to tap, although not as the legal woman, in their tag team match last week.

With Moné promising to put Windsor in a hospital bed next to her husband if she stepped to her, Windsor will have the chance to keep The CEO's attention on her when she steps in the ring in the 2300 Arena for the first time.
