AEW Collision Results: October 24, 2026 – The Last Outfit is Formed, Jay White Beats Kyle O'Reilly in Main Event, Women’s Blood and Guts Challenge Made, More

AEW Collision was live from LJVM Coliseum in Winston-Salem on TNT and HBO Max! The fallout from the shocking events of Dynamite was felt as soon as Collision began and only added more fuel to the fire by the end of the night. Plus, with Blood and Guts 11 days away in Jacksonville and AEW Full Gear just three weeks away in Phoenix, tensions were rising, and challenges were set.
“Switchblade” Jay White began the night by telling everyone that the partnership that was formed when The Dogs and Bang Bang Gang came together needs a new name. He revealed that they were known as The Last Outfit and set his sights on Jon Moxley’s AEW Continental Championship. Moxley and the Death Riders won a mixed tag match over Shane Taylor Promotions, but their night was far from over.
White went on to beat The Conglomeration’s Kyle O'Reilly in the main event, and after a brawl that saw the Death Riders come out to help The Conglomeration, the night came to a chaotic close when White moved from the path of an Orange Punch, which caused Orange Cassidy to hit Moxley instead! White dropped Cassidy with a Blade Runner, and The Last Outfit stood tall!
Wrathlander and Divine Dominion ended in a disqualification when Triangle of Madness interfered, so Willow Nightingale came out to help, but ultimately succumbed to the numbers game. As a result, Nightingale recruited AEW Women’s World Tag Team Champions, The Brawling Birds, to join her and Wrathlander for a Blood and Guts challenge!
FTR used some underhanded tactics to tie the Best-of-5 Series with the Motor City Machine Guns ahead of Match #3 coming at Fright Night Dynamite. Plus, The Don Callis Family took out Adam Copeland!
All that and more went down tonight on Collision!
AEW Collision Results From Winston-Salem
"Switchblade" Jay White Announces The Last Outfit
White walked onto the stage fully flanked by the united Bang Bang Gang and The Dogs before they all made their way to the ring with a less-than-hospitable crowd in North Carolina. White started to do his usual introduction, but stopped the crowd participation and questioned the booing. White realized they would need a new name, so it was finally time to bring Bullet Club to America!
“For-for-forget about it!”
White said they needed more than that and they needed an outfit, so they are The Last Outfit!
Then, White addressed his long history with David Finlay and openly wondered if they could trust each other, although in the end, they both knew they were better off on the same side. And White said Clark Connors was always someone he liked.
White turned his attention to the Death Riders and specifically Marina Shafir, whom he suggested could soften up and finally get to come together with Roderick Strong to fight on the same side. White continued to aim at The Conglomeration and called out Orange Cassidy for not being anywhere near his level.
Finally, White made his goal clear. He addressed AEW Continental Champion Jon Moxley and promised to take the Continental Title from Moxley because they are going to test everything that the Death Riders say they are.
White said, “You still better be down with The Last Outfit because if you’re not, we got two words for ya!”
He simply said nothing and dropped the mic to pose with the rest of The Last Outfit.
Kyle O'Reilly is Ready for Jay White!
The Conglomeration arrived, and Lexy Nair asked if they had heard what The Last Outfit just said. Kyle O'Reilly didn’t care about their new name and said he lost respect for Jay White. If White has no respect, O'Reilly will teach him respect. He’ll take the knife White put in Orange Cassidy’s back and cut the head off the snake so it’ll be the last night for The Last Outfit.
Best-of-5 Series, Match #2: FTR (Dax Harwood and Cash Wheeler) (w/ Stokely) def. Motor City Machine Guns (Alex Shelley and Chris Sabin) - Series Tied 1-1
Match #2 began with Wheeler and Shelley as the crowd chanted for both teams, with FTR getting a lot more love than usual in their home state of North Carolina. A stalemate brought Sabin in, and Wheeler took him down with a back elbow and a cover for a quick kickout. Wheeler worked Sabin into the FTR corner for a tag, but Shelley stopped any double team, and all four men faced off in the ring.
Sabin and Harwood were the legal men, so they remained, and Sabin quickly took Harwood down to the mat and controlled his arm before tagging Shelley to go into the Dream Sequence of quick strike offense on Harwood. Wheeler came in and got the exact same treatment. FTR bailed to the floor, and Stoke slowed them down to regroup while the crowd continued to duel with their chants for both teams. Harwood and Sabin broke down into a strike battle in the corner until Sabin hit a big back body drop for a near fall. Harwood cut off Sabin with a knee to the gut, and Wheeler made a blind tag. Harwood grabbed Sabin in a headlock, so he never saw Wheeler come from behind to slam his head into the mat.
Stoke distracted the referee, so FTR could illegally double-team Sabin. However, Shelley took advantage of the referee’s back being turned and saved Sabin. They sent FTR to the floor and followed with stereo baseball slides. Shelley held the ropes open for Sabin, who flew through and took out both Harwood and Wheeler with a dive! Shelley tagged in and tried to fight off both members of FTR, but wound up leveled by a lariat from Wheeler.
FTR controlled Shelley and dished out a lot of punishment until he managed to take Harwood off the top with a super side suplex! Shelley had an opening for a tag, but Sabin got taken out by Wheeler, who yanked him off the apron. Shelley escaped a Shatter Machine and tagged Sabin! He unleashed a flurry of offense on both Wheeler and Harwood to stack them in the corner. He blasted them with a running big boot at the same time and spiked Harwood with a tornado DDT for a near fall. FTR tried to double suplex Sabin, so Shelley came in to stop it. Shelley knocked Wheeler out of the ring and ran Harwood into the ropes, so Sabin could fly over and try a sunset flip for a close near fall!
MCMG took Harwood down with a barrage of kicks and looked to finish him, but Wheeler pulled Sabin to the floor. Shelley stormed in and ate a right hand from Harwood, who picked him up for a spike piledriver as Wheeler went to the top. Sabin shoved Wheeler all the way to the floor and took Harwood out with a crossbody for another near fall! Harwood fought back with a nasty lariat and tagged Wheeler to go for a Shatter Machine, but Sabin blocked it. He tried for a tornado DDT on Wheeler, so Wheeler pushed him into Harwood. Wheeler crushed Sabin with a running uppercut as Harwood brought him over for a bridging German Suplex. Wheeler flipped over Sabin to take over the pin with a jackknife, but Sabin managed to kick out in the nick of time!
Wheeler tried to bring Sabin over for a backslide, so Sabin kicked off Harwood on the apron and cradled Wheeler for another close near fall. Shelley tagged in and stunned Wheeler over the top rope, which pushed Wheeler back into a missile dropkick from Sabin! Sabin used a rocket launcher to throw Shelley from the top onto Wheeler, but Wheeler kicked out! Stoke may have caused a bit of a distraction there, and with MCMG looking to put Wheeler away, Stoke got up on the apron. That allowed Wheeler to knock Sabin from the ring, only to get blasted by Shelley. Shelley turned his attention to Stoke, so Harwood came over to help, only for Shelley to bring the two together with a meeting of the minds!
FTR fought back and caught Shelley with a Shatter Machine! 1-2-Sabin makes the save! All four men were down, and the crowd rose to their feet chanting, “AEW!” Sabin and Harwood got to their feet first and fired shots at each other until Sabin knocked Harwood into the ropes. Sabin took himself and Harwood all the way to the floor in a massive wipeout. Wheeler ran into Shelley’s boots in the corner, so Shelley jumped to the top turnbuckle and tried to Victory Roll Wheeler. Instead, Wheeler sat down on him, and Stokely grabbed Shelley’s arm to keep him down, and then Wheeler grabbed the rope, all out of the referee’s view to steal a three-count! The series is now tied 1-1, with Match #3 coming in four days on Fright Night Dynamite!
The Men’s Blood and Guts Match is Set for November 4!
We went back to Dynamite, where Kyle Fletcher and Kevin Knight beat Adam Copeland and AEW World Champion Will Ospreay. They continued the attack after the match with more of the Don Callis Family until Darby Allin and the returning Steven Borden came to the rescue, which led to Borden’s challenge for Blood and Guts! After Dynamite, Ospreay spoke with the Young Bucks, Allin, Borden and Copeland by his side, noting that Borden called the play for Blood and Guts. He doesn’t see any of them quitting or surrendering, although when he got to Cope and asked the question, he wondered how Cope wanted to go out with next year being his last in the ring. Ospreay said they need the guy Ospreay remembers when he was a kid. The one who was sick, sadistic and bloodthirsty! Ospreay asked Cope again if he would submit or surrender.
With dried blood still stuck to a face that has seen the most heinous of acts in and out of the ring, Cope addressed the Don Callis Family quietly before yelling, “DO YOU KNOW WHO I AM? You want blood? You want guts? Have you watched my career? I swim in blood and guts! I’m going to beat you so bad, your g**damn children will feel it! You want blood and guts? November 4, Jacksonville, you got it!”
Death Riders (AEW Continental Champion Jon Moxley, Claudio Castagnoli, Daniel Garcia and Marina Shafir) def. Shane Taylor Promotions (Shane Taylor, Capt. Shawn Dean, Carlie Bravo and Trish Adora) (w/Christyan XO and ROH Pure Champion Lee Moriarty)
STP came to the ring hyped as usual, looking to settle an old score with the Death Riders. Outside the arena, Castagnoli got out of a red pickup truck with Moxley, Shafir and Garcia dressed for battle in the back. They made their way into the arena for this mixed tag match! The mood quickly changed, and when Moxley dove in the ring, Taylor went right after him and the match was underway! Fights broke out in and out of the ring!
Bodies were flying everywhere on the outside while Moxley and Taylor slugged it out in the ring. Moxley got the upper hand with a big lariat and mounted Taylor for punches in the corner that brought the crowd to their feet! Taylor cut Mox off with a big knee to the chest and tagged Bravo. He chopped Moxley from corner to corner and seemed to be in control until Moxley dumped him with a side suplex and tagged Shafir. They ran through Bravo with a double shoulder block, and Shafir quickly took down Adora. Dean came in illegally to break it up with a quick shot to Shafir. Adora hit a running splash to Shafir in the corner and tagged Dean. He called for the BBC, but she moved, and his undercarriage hit the bottom buckle! The Death Riders pounced on Dean with their patented repeated attacks in the corner until Shafir threw Dean out to Moxley for a cutter! The Death Riders huddled in celebration of their early domination.
STP turned things around when they isolated Garcia on the outside and kept him completely away from the Death Riders. Dean hit the BBC on Garcia, and the rest of STP enjoyed the offense with a group pose. Garcia finally fought back and was about to get free until Taylor decked him from the apron. Moxley had enough and charged across the ring to knock Taylor to the floor and clobber him with a dive. Garcia hit a Twist and Shout out of nowhere on Bravo and finally tagged Castagnoli!
Castagnoli snatched Dean out of the air and right into a giant swing! He dropped Dean, so Bravo tried to attack, only for Castagnoli to grab him for a swing. Taylor broke it up and tried a suplex. Castagnoli blocked it and suplexed Taylor! What power! Dean and Bravo nailed Castagnoli with kicks, so he ran through them but got dropped by a headbutt from Taylor. Shafir and Adora tagged in at the same time, with Shafir quickly taking Adora down to the mat, looking for a submission. Garcia trapped Bravo in the Dragon Tamer, so Moxley stomped Bravo’s head! Shafir locked Adora in The Brutalizer and got her to submit for the win!
After the match, Moxley addressed Jay White. He said White thinks he started a war on Dynamite, but the Death Riders have been at war for a long time with everyone. White made a move, and it was a good move.
“But Jay, now it’s my move.”
Moxley dropped the mic, and the Death Riders exited through the crowd.
Don Callis Family's Josh Alexander (w/ RPG Vice) def. Blade Brown
At the bell, Alexander blasted Brown with a running boot and threw him to the corner. Alexander crushed him with a running forearm and tossed Brown across the ring. Alexander let Brown hit him, but that was futile, so Alexander chopped him out of the ring. He threw Brown into the steel steps and pulled him off the floor for a quick brainbuster on the apron! Alexander kicked Brown to the middle of the ring and hit the C4 Spike! He put Brown in an ankle lock, and the referee stopped the match to give Alexander a dominant victory!
Alexander got on the mic and gave props to Don Callis for putting together such a dominant run before running down all the success of the Family. Alexander said it was time to pull his weight, so on Fright Night Dynamite, he wants the TNT Title and wants to fight Darby Allin! He’ll take that title and be like the other great champions in the Don Callis Family. Or like the man who invented the Cope Open, Adam Copeland! Alexander openly wondered about Copeland’s residence in North Carolina, but then told everyone he wasn’t here. Alexander said he’d love to fight Copeland if he ever recovers and would even put the TNT Title on the line.
Cope is here! RPG Vice tried to attack, but Cope quickly sent Trent Beretta into the barricade and speared Rocky Romero in the ring! Beretta got in the ring, so Cope speared him, too! Alexander taunted Cope from the floor, which allowed Mark Davis and Jake Doyle to attack from behind! Alexander laid in an extra shot for good measure and posed with Davis and Doyle over the fallen Copeland.
Ilja Dragunov’s Successful AEW In-Ring Debut
We looked back on Dragunov’s symphony of violence in his victory over “Speedball” Mike Bailey in his AEW in-ring debut on Dynamite!
Swerve Strickland (w/ Prince Nana) def. The Rascalz' Myron Reed (w/ Dezmond Xavier)
Much like we saw in his dominant victory on Dynamite, Swerve attacked before the bell while still wearing his ring jacket and brutalized Reed in the corner! He nailed Reed with a House Call and backed up to Nana to remove his jacket. As Reed stumbled to his feet, the bell rang to officially start the match. Swerve grabbed Reed for a Vertebreaker, but Reed shoved him off and sent Swerve to the floor with a low bridge. He quickly gained a head of steam and flew over the top for a cutter to Swerve!
Back in the ring, Reed hung Swerve in the ropes and hit a top rope leg drop, but only got a one-count. Swerve let Reed hit him with multiple shots before decking him with a big forearm. Swerve pulled Reed to the floor by his waistband in a complete lack of respect and kicked him in the head from the apron. Reed escaped Swerve’s grasp on the apron and pushed him into the steel post, which knocked Swerve to the floor. Reed backed up and ran across the ring to flip over the ring post to nail Swerve on the floor! Reed threw Swerve back in and went up top, but had to roll through his leap when Swerve moved. Reed walked into a jumping flatliner, and Swerve gator rolled him into a vertical suplex.
Swerve seemed to do whatever he wanted with Reed and toyed with him until Reed finally fought back with desperate strikes. Swerve knocked him down again and tried another gator roll suplex, but Reed was ready for it and hit a stunner to get out of it! Reed charged at Swerve, who sent him to the floor and tried another kick from the apron. Only this time, Reed caught the leg and swung Swerve into a cutter on the apron! Reed hit another leg drop in the ropes and tried to go up top, but Swerve avoided him. Reed built up momentum with repeated strikes before swinging Swerve onto the top rope for a Hang Five! Swerve kicked out at two!
Reed tried to pull Swerve off the apron with a diving cutter, so Swerve blocked it and dumped Reed on his head with a German Suplex to the corner of the ring! Swerve threw Reed back in and took too much time, which allowed Reed to hit an up kick. He grabbed Swerve’s hands and swung himself up somehow into a Poisonrana! Reed sensed the moment, and so did the crowd, so he got back to the top rope and connected on a No Cap Splash! 1-2-Swerve kicked out!
Swerve elbowed Reed out of the corner, so Reed cracked him with a kick. Reed evaded a House Call, but jumped back into a Vertebreaker! Swerve went to the top and hit a Swerve Stomp for the pinfall victory! Nana put Swerve’s jacket back on, and they left up the ramp.
United Empire's "Speedball" Mike Bailey & AEW National Champion Andrade El Ídolo def. Steve Allen & Robert Allen
Bailey and Robert bowed at the bell, but Robert tried to kick Bailey, who caught it. Bailey lit up Robert with a kick flurry. Steve tagged in and got back body-dropped and kicked in the jaw. Andrade tagged Bailey as he ran to the ropes and nailed Robert with a dive on the floor. Andrade removed his pants and crushed Steve with knees in the corner. He tagged Bailey and dove onto Robert on the floor. Bailey leveled Steve with a Time Adventure kick and pinned him for a quick win. Bailey celebrated up the ramp, so Andrade went to take a selfie with an admirer. When she held up her phone, Tommaso Ciampa ripped it away and nailed Andrade from the crowd! He threw Andrade back in the ring, but Bailey chased Ciampa away before he could do anything else.
Wrathlander (Kris Statlander and Harley Cameron) def. Divine Dominion ("Colossal" Lena Kross and "Megasus" Megan Bayne) by Disqualification
Wrathlander had some new white and black matching gear for this match, as they were out for revenge after the attack on Dynamite. Statlander was fired up at the bell and took Bayne down before Kross nailed her from behind. Bayne dropped Cameron and threw her out of the corner to collide with Statlander, who was sent by Kross from the opposite side. Cameron was thrown out of the ring, which left Statlander wide open for a double boot from Kross and Bayne. Kross tagged in, but Statlander ran through them with a double clothesline of her own. She tagged Cameron, who swung Kross around for an extended headscissors. Cameron charged at Kross on the mat, but stopped short to pose, which allowed Statlander to blast Kross with a kick to the side of the head. Cameron covered, but Bayne came in to break it up.
Cameron and Statlander mounted Divine Dominion in opposite corners for a barrage of punches. They tried to double-team Kross in the corner, but Bayne flew out of her corner to take out Cameron with a clothesline while Kross wiped out Statlander. They slammed Wrathlander together and dumped both with fallaway slams. Kross hit a spinning sidewalk slam on Cameron and tagged Bayne, who hung Cameron over the top turnbuckle for more punishment while Kross posed to the crowd.
Cameron was kept from Statlander for a while, eating a ton of offense along the way. She got stuck in the corner for Divine Dominion’s combo, which Bayne punctuated with a German Suplex. Statlander broke up the pin attempt, so Kross threw her to the floor. Bayne put Cameron on her back, so Cameron answered with a crucifix bomb! Cameron got away from Kross to tag Statlander! She unloaded on Kross with chops in the corner and booted her out of the ring. Statlander followed with an apron cannonball and threw Kross back in for a missile dropkick! Kross kicked out, but Bayne nailed Statlander from behind. Cameron saved Statlander and connected with a big kick to Bayne’s head. Wrathlander connected with rapid-fire double-team offense that Statlander finished with a big senton splash. Cameron hit a diving double boot through the ropes to knock Bayne down on the floor. Kross pushed Stat into Cameron and rolled Stat up for a two-count.
Statlander and Kross traded big shots until Kross stunned Statlander with a headbutt. They traded reversals, but Kross wound up dropping Statlander with a hook kick and a headbutt. She tried to follow with a Jackhammer, but Statlander was ready and slipped behind for a desperation Blue Thunder Bomb! Statlander went up top, but Julia Hart and Skye Blue attacked, and the referee called for the bell due to disqualification. Thekla joined Hart and Blue with a belt in her hand, but before they could do anything else, Willow Nightingale ran out with a chain and briefly cleared the ring. However, Triangle of Madness regrouped and took her down with a 3-on-1 advantage. Cameron and Statlander recovered to even the odds and soon, Thekla was on the wrong end of a 3-on-1. Willow started wrapping a chain around her fist, but Bayne and Kross returned to the ring and laid out Cameron and Statlander. Soon, Triangle of Madness recovered, and the 5-on-3 advantage was too much to handle, leaving Wrathlander and Nightingale laid out.
Women’s Blood and Guts Challenge Made!
Lexy Nair was backstage with Wrathlander and Nightingale, as they were recovering from the beatdown we just saw. Nightingale said she’d always have their back, and she also hates those five women, but she called a couple of Birds who hate them too. Statlander and Cameron wondered if that was a good idea since they are supposed to face Jamie Hayter and Alex Windsor for the AEW Women’s World Tag Team Championship at Full Gear. Nightingale told them to think about the bigger picture. She said Triangle of Madness and Divine Dominion got away from the steel tonight, but on November 4, they wouldn’t have a choice.
Nightingale, Statlander and Cameron all realized they had the same idea and yelled it at the same time.
“BLOOD AND GUTS!”
AEW later confirmed the match for November 4 in Jacksonville: Nightingale, Wrathlander and The Brawling Birds vs. Triangle of Madness and Divine Dominion.
The Last Outfit's "Switchblade" Jay White def. The Conglomeration's Kyle O'Reilly
O'Reilly controlled White’s arm until White hit a cheap shot back elbow in the ropes. He worked O'Reilly to the corner, but O'Reilly kicked back and kept targeting White’s hamstring. O'Reilly took White down with a double leg and grabbed an ankle lock, so White crawled to the ropes for a break, and O'Reilly stomped him on the way out of the ring. O'Reilly flew off the apron with a knee to White and sat him in a chair near the barricade. O'Reilly missed a running knee to White and nailed the barricade. White grabbed the chair and dropped it when the referee stopped him. That gave O'Reilly a chance to recover with a knee to the gut before tossing White into the barricade.
O'Reilly threw White back in, but White grabbed O'Reilly for a Dragon Screw. White pounced on O'Reilly with the first big opening of the match for the next few minutes, as he continued to target the left knee. White had O'Reilly on the top rope, but O'Reilly broke free and hit White with a flying knee. O'Reilly may have caused himself more damage, as White was able to hit a kneebreaker over his shoulder. White taunted the crowd, which allowed O'Reilly to fire back until he put together a combo that flattened White on the mat. O'Reilly grabbed a guillotine and dropped White to his knees for a kick to the chest. White blocked a suplex, but couldn’t stop a head-and-neck suplex. O'Reilly rolled it over into a pin, and White got out. White blocked a kick, so O'Reilly went back to a guillotine, and White punched his way free.
White grabbed O'Reilly’s leg and tried another Dragon Screw, but O'Reilly was ready for it and sat down for a cross armbreaker. White rolled him up for a near fall, and O'Reilly got up firing back until White dropped him with a flatliner. White deadlifted O'Reilly for a German Suplex, but O'Reilly managed to kick out. O'Reilly fought out of Uranage and Cutthroat Suplex attempts, so White chopped his knee. He locked a sleeper on and threw O'Reilly with a Sleeper Suplex! O'Reilly rebounded off the ropes for a big lariat, and the crowd was firing him up! O'Reilly hit a brainbuster for a near fall, so he tried to transition to an armbar. White stopped that by going after O'Reilly’s knee and rolled to the floor. O'Reilly tried to hit another flying knee from the apron, but White moved, and O'Reilly came down on his bad knee.
O'Reilly limped over to White, who caught O'Reilly with a Blade Runner on the floor! White rolled him in, and instead of going for the cover, he pulled O'Reilly up for another Blade Runner and lay over him for the pinfall victory. The Last Outfit all came out to join White as Orange Cassidy and Roderick Strong tried to hold the ring to protect O'Reilly. Strong got the first strike, but it didn’t take long for The Last Outfit to swarm and attack. They set up Cassidy for a piledriver on the steel steps in front of the commentary desk, but stopped when the music of the Death Riders played!
The Last Outfit spread out around the ringside area and in the crowd waiting for the Death Riders, but Jon Moxley and Claudio Castagnoli entered the ring from the traditional side and threw chairs at Colten and Austin Gunn to wipe them out! Marina Shafir and Daniel Garcia came out to join the brawl on the floor. Shafir had Juice Robinson in a choke on the floor while Clark Connors and David Finlay double-teamed Castagnoli in the ring. They clipped his knee and tried to lay him out with a shillelagh, but he blocked it, and Gorilla pressed Finlay onto The Last Outfit on the floor! White crushed Castagnoli with a low blow from behind, but he never saw Moxley enter the ring behind him! White turned around and Moxley dumped him with a Paradigm Shift! Moxley had a fork in his hand, but before he could get to White, The Last Outfit swarmed again and pulled Moxley from the ring to beat him down.
Cassidy came back to hit Orange Punches on The Gunns and then went to the top rope. He wiped out almost everyone on the floor with a senton dive! White saw Moxley coming, so he ran in the ring. Moxley went after him and nearly walked into a Blade Runner. Moxley had White and Cassidy went to hit another Orange Punch, but White ducked, and Cassidy nailed Moxley! White dropped Cassidy with the Blade Runner and retreated up the ramp with The Last Outfit as Collision came to a close!
