AEW Dynamite Results

With two championship bouts and two matchups in the Owen Hart Foundation Tournament, it was a night of high stakes on AEW Dynamite on TBS and HBO Max from the Siegel Center in Richmond, Virginia!

After a brawl between the two earlier in the day, the AEW World Championship match between MJF and RUSH was contested with no countouts! Both men used that stipulation to their advantage, which turned the match into a bloody brawl that even saw RUSH use the ring post to put his shoulder back in place! In the end, RUSH passed out from the pain of a crossface, and MJF retained the AEW World Title. After the match, Mark Briscoe stopped MJF from a further attack on RUSH and ended up eating a low blow for his efforts before The Conglomeration came out to back him up. Briscoe went on to defeat “Blackheart” Lio Rush and then made an impassioned challenge to MJF for the AEW World Title!

Before defending the TNT Title, we found out “The Jet” Kevin Knight was the newest member of the Don Callis Family. And that paid big dividends in his match against his former JetSpeed partner, “Speedball” Mike Bailey, as it was the distraction of Doyle and interference by Callis that helped Knight retain his TNT Championship. However, the main event didn’t go Callis’ way, as Will Ospreay defeated AEW National Champion Mark Davis to reach the Owen Cup Final after a match that saw both the Callis Family and Death Riders get involved!

And speaking of the Owen Hart Foundation Tournament, “The CEO” Mercedes Moné returned as the Wild Card to face Alex Windsor! It was a successful return for the defending Owen Cup Champion, and despite the time away, Moné looked primed for a chance to repeat and punch her ticket to AEW All In: London!

All that and so much more went down on a huge night in Richmond for Dynamite! Here are your complete results!

AEW Dynamite Recap Tonight for Richmond

RUSH and MJF Fight Before Their AEW World Title Match!

Earlier today, Renee Paquette caught up with RUSH and asked how he felt about finally challenging MJF for the AEW World Title tonight on Dynamite.

RUSH said, “After beating the entire roster, after winning my matches in less than one minute, and after waiting three years! THREE YEARS! I finally got my shot at the AEW World Championship.” RUSH continued to speak about what the match meant to him and who he was fighting for, but as he was finishing his thoughts, MJF got in his face and told him to finish his catchphrase. MJF slapped RUSH, and they brawled until officials separated them!

AEW World Championship (No Count Outs): MJF (c) def. “El Toro Blanco” RUSH

Once again, Paquette caught up with RUSH, but it was just moments before he went out to face MJF for the AEW World Title. Paquette informed him that as a result of the earlier confrontation, tonight’s AEW World Championship match would have NO COUNT OUTS! Before RUSH had a chance to react to the news, Andrade El Ídolo stepped in for a surprise pep talk. He told RUSH who he was fighting for and said to do it for people who say people like them can’t be a world champion. He told RUSH to show everyone that when you mess with the bull, you get the horns! RUSH went out and made his entrance with even more intensity than usual. MJF came out dressed like a matador, complete with cape. MJF had Justin Roberts remind everyone that by beating their home state boy, “Hangman” Adam Page, he can never be AEW World Champion again.

At the bell, the two met in the middle of the ring and exchanged blows until MJF broke off and spat at RUSH! MJF tried to back off, and RUSH caught his kick, so MJF poked him in the eye. MJF ran at RUSH, but he threw him over his head and to the floor. RUSH followed with a tope to MJF on the outside! RUSH threw MJF from barricade to barricade and then choked him with a camera cable near the timekeeper’s area. RUSH charged at MJF, but he got up and sent RUSH head-first into the chair with a drop toehold. MJF hit a running boot to the side of RUSH’s head, which sent him over the barricade. MJF called for another boot, but this time, RUSH backdropped MJF over the barricade and onto the timekeeper’s table! RUSH egged on the crowd as they chanted his name.

RUSH threw MJF back in the ring and threw a top turnbuckle cover into the crowd. MJF pleaded on the other side, so RUSH blasted him in the jaw with a thunderous forearm. RUSH continued to stomp away at MJF and backed up to call for the Bull’s Horns, so MJF rolled to the apron. RUSH brought MJF back in with a big body shot and additional strikes. RUSH tried to run MJF into the exposed buckle, but referee Bryce Remsburg stopped him. RUSH pushed Remsburg away, so he didn’t see MJF run RUSH into the exposed steel! RUSH came up with a massive cut over his right eye, which MJF ripped at to draw even more blood. MJF knocked RUSH to the mat and took the time to gloat in the camera. RUSH came back with a couple of shots, but ran into a huge spinebuster from MJF. MJF tried to run RUSH into the exposed turnbuckle, so Remsburg stopped him. MJF pushed Remsburg away, so RUSH shoved MJF into the exposed steel!

RUSH splashed MJF from pillar to post and bounced him off the ropes for a rebound release German Suplex followed by a running knee to the face! MJF kicked out at two! RUSH came off the top and dropkicked MJF across the ring! RUSH covered MJF, but the champion kicked out at two once again. MJF jackknifed RUSH for a near-fall and popped him with a back elbow. MJF jumped to the top rope and came down on RUSH’s elbow. RUSH threw MJF to the ropes and tried a hurricanrana, but MJF caught him and dropped RUSH across his knee for a painful powerbomb that got a two-count. MJF put RUSH in Salt of the Earth, so RUSH rolled it into a near-fall to break it up.

MJF sent RUSH to the apron, so RUSH reached back in to grab him, which allowed MJF to wrench his arm over the top rope. MJF grabbed RUSH for the Heat Seeker, but RUSH knocked him away. MJF rushed back in and got caught with a headbutt from RUSH! RUSH collapsed on the apron, while MJF lay motionless in the ring. Finally, RUSH sat on the apron and licked some of his own blood to fire himself up. RUSH picked up MJF in a straightjacket and dropped him on the apron with a dangerous piledriver! RUSH used the ringpost to pull his shoulder back into place! A member of the medical staff went to check on RUSH and spoke to Justin Roberts to announce that both men were unfit to continue, but RUSH headbutted the member of the medical staff! RUSH threw MJF back in the ring, and the match continued!

RUSH stomped MJF in the corner and pumped the crowd up for Bull’s Horns! He ran across the ring and delivered the huge double boot to MJF! 1-2-MJF threw his hand on the rope! RUSH argued with Remsburg as MJF rolled to the apron. RUSH tried to pull MJF up for another piledriver, but his bad arm gave out, and MJF crawled to the corner of the guardrails. RUSH charged at MJF and tried for Bull’s Horns, but MJF moved, and RUSH obliterated the barricade! MJF picked up RUSH and dropped him on the broken barricade with a jumping tombstone piledriver! MJF appeared to injure his own left knee in the process, but fought through the pain to bring himself and RUSH back to the ring. MJF struggled to get back to his feet, and finally did, as RUSH clutched his shoulder on the apron. MJF tried another Heat Seeker, so RUSH pushed him off, which exacerbated both RUSH’s shoulder injury and MJF’s bad knee. RUSH pulled himself to the top rope and tried another dropkick, but MJF was ready for it and let RUSH crash into the mat. MJF locked into a LeBell Lock with the bad arm grapevined, but RUSH yelled at MJF’s face! MJF was shocked but kept the hold, and RUSH passed out. The referee called for the bell, and MJF won by stoppage!

MJF lined up RUSH for a shot with the AEW World Title, but Mark Briscoe hit the ring! He stopped MJF and tried for a Jay Driller, but MJF hit a low blow. MJF lined up Briscoe for a belt shot, but The Conglomeration came out to make the save. Strong, Cassidy, O’Reilly and Ishii stood by Briscoe as MJF bailed up the ramp STILL AEW World Champion!

The Conglomeration's Mark Briscoe def. "Blackheart" Lio Rush

Briscoe remained in the ring for the next match, but The Conglomeration were still in the aisle when Rush made his entrance. They all froze as he crawled past them, using Cassidy’s strategy that if they don’t move, he can’t see them. They eventually took off up the ramp and Rush got in the ring for this unique matchup.

Rush whispered in Briscoe’s ear and then tried to attack him with a kick, but Briscoe caught it and flipped him away. Rush ran the ropes and kept changing direction, so Briscoe dropped down, and they faced off on the mat. Briscoe showed his Redneck Kung Fu pose and nailed Rush with an enzuigiri. Rush bailed to the corner, so Briscoe changed and ate a boot. Briscoe came back with a thrust strike that knocked Rush to the floor. Briscoe did a “Bang! Bang!” on the apron for his Cactus Elbow, but Rush was already back on the apron. Briscoe and Rush exchanged strikes on the apron until Rush bit Briscoe’s hand! Rush galloped around the ring and chased Briscoe back inside, where Briscoe sent him back to the floor. Briscoe hit a scissor kick through the ropes and ran down the apron with a Blockbuster to drop Rush on the floor!

Briscoe remained in control, as he had for the bulk of the match, but Rush knocked him hard to the floor and charged through the ropes with a torpedo dive! Rush threw Briscoe back in and went to the top rope for a frog splash, but adjusted when Briscoe moved. Rush showed his best Redneck Kung Fu pose, so Briscoe swung and missed. Rush hit a quick flurry of strikes and a rebound stunner for a two-count! Briscoe backdropped Rush, so Rush came back with a pair of strikes. Briscoe fought them off, and the two screamed at each other. Briscoe hit some palm strikes and a spinning elbow off the ropes. Briscoe threw Rush out of the corner and put him on the top turnbuckle of the opposite corner. Briscoe pulled Rush down with a powerbomb and tried for a Jay Driller, but Rush blocked it, so Briscoe hit a huge short-range lariat instead. Briscoe tried another Jay Driller, so Rush jackknifed it into a near-fall. Rush rolled Briscoe into a grounded enzuigiri and tried for another rebound stunner, but Briscoe just knocked him out of mid-air! Briscoe picked up Rush and dumped him in the middle of the mat with a Cutthroat Driver to get the pinfall victory!

Mark Briscoe Wants MJF to Give Him an AEW World Title Shot

Briscoe called for the microphone and had something to say. He called for the cameraman to come closer because he’s talking to MJF. Briscoe took MJF back to January 17, 2023, the day his brother, Jay, passed away in the blink of an eye. One day later was Mark’s birthday. One week later, January 25th, was Jay’s birthday. Instead of eating cake and celebrating, Mark made his AEW debut…alone. It was a whirlwind of emotions that he had to bury deep inside him. Briscoe said AEW may have saved his life because it gave him a way to channel his anger. But deep down, he couldn’t find joy.

Then, he came across some friends who were down to conglomerate! They helped him rediscover the joy of being a professional wrestler. Then, Briscoe crossed paths with MJF, and all of the anger and rage came back with all the bullshit that came out of MJF’s mouth. Briscoe’s never hated a man like he hates MJF! And MJF knows what happened when Briscoe got his hands on him.

“I pinned your bloody ass, 1-2-3 right in the middle of this ring!”

Then MJF went away, and Briscoe felt good because his mind was at ease once again. But MJF popped back up, and all the rage came back to the surface for Briscoe. Only this time, MJF has what Briscoe wants: the AEW World Championship. MJF whines and complains until he gets his title shots, but Briscoe is a grinder, and he doesn’t complain. He comes to work every day and does his job.

“And Max, I’m calling you out. I’m calling out your manhood! Max, I beat you. You say you’re the best? Prove it! Prove it, Max! You see you brought me to this place of darkness I’ve never been, man. It’s like I feel demons on me. Well, ain’t that appropriate, Devil. You call yourself ‘The Devil,’ ain’t that cute?”

Briscoe pointed to a Hebrew tattoo on his chest that read, “Child of God.”

“Max, I don’t know if you read the Book, but you lose! Now, quit being scared and give me a title shot, you moist-ass bitch!”

A Look Back at the Rise and End of JetSpeed

Before they meet for the TNT Title later tonight, we took a look back at the history of JetSpeed, including the end of their partnership last week when The Jet attacked Bailey. Bailey made the challenge, and tonight, these former partners will explode with the TNT Championship on the line!

AEW Women’s World Champion Thekla is Coming for STARDOM

From the crowd, AEW Women’s World Champion Thekla had something to say, as Skye Blue and Julia Hart flanked her. Thekla reminded everyone that if anyone from STARDOM came to AEW, then she would “burn that place to the ground!” She hated all the little “idols” there, which is why she was known as the “Idol Killer.” And yes, she did get fired from Japan, so now we have to do it all over again.

The Triangle of Madness has three jobs. Skye Blue has to win the Owen. Julia Hart has to get her TBS Title back. And Thekla, the Toxic Spider, has all her eyes set on Forbidden Door. Whether they come here or we have to go there, it doesn’t matter, because she’s going to close that door for good! She’s not declaring war on STARDOM. She’s declaring DEATH TO STARDOM! Thekla climbed up a ladder set up by Blue and Hart so she could spit on the STARDOM logo on the video wall.

Will Ospreay and the Death Riders Are Ready

As Marina Shafir worked on Will Ospreay’s neck, Daniel Garcia tried to pump him up and said Ospreay had to lock in tonight before reminding him what happened the last time he faced Mark Davis. Jon Moxley stopped Garcia and asked what he was doing. Moxley told Ospreay that Davis has been taking up space in his head and that now is the time to discard those thoughts forever. Because Davis is not a movie monster, Ospreay can beat him, and he knows it. This is a different man than the one Davis faced last time. Don Callis will need to hire a truck driver to run Ospreay over with an 18-wheeler if he wants to beat him tonight. Moxley doesn’t like all the groups and gang warfare around here, but Ospreay doesn’t worry about that tonight. His job is to beat Mark Davis. Moxley will take care of the other stuff.

“And for real, I don’t blow smoke up anybody’s ass. I’m starting to see it.”

Moxley led the Death Riders away, and Ospreay thanked them.

IWGP Global Heavyweight Champion Andrade El Ídolo of the Don Callis Family def. DK Vandu

Before the match, Andrade got a selfie with one of his many admirers in the crowd. It should be noted that Don Callis was not with Andrade for this match. Andrade back-elbowed Vandu to the mat to escape a waistlock, and the impact could be heard throughout the arena. Andrade went one better with a feigned boot/spinning back elbow that knocked Vandu out. Andrade pulled Vandu up at two and hit The DM to finish Vandu for good to get the three-count. Andrade grabbed the microphone and said now that MJF has the AEW World Title, Andrade really wants it! He knows MJF beat his friend RUSH, but does he think he can beat Andrade? Can he beat “The Real Latino Man?”

“How you know?”

Don Callis Adds TNT Champion “The Jet” Kevin Knight to the Family

Callis came to the ring with Jake Doyle and shook Andrade’s hand. He told Andrade he did a great job, but right now, Callis had something very important to say. Callis welcomed the newest member of the Don Callis Family, “The Jet” Kevin Knight! The TNT Champion made his way to the ring, and Callis gave him a huge hug.

TNT Championship: "The Jet" Kevin Knight (c) w/Don Callis and Jake Doyle def. "Speedball" Mike Bailey

Bailey came to the ring with a very different look than usual, as he was laser-focused on his former partner. Knight and Bailey had a physical collar-and-elbow tie-up into the ropes that Knight broke and tried for a cheap shot, so Bailey went for a roundhouse kick, which Knight avoided by dropping to the floor. Bailey came out to continue the fight, but Knight caught his kick and flipped him head over heels. Bailey stumbled on the way down, so Knight ran him into the steel steps. Knight threw Bailey into the barricade and then hit an uppercut before throwing Bailey into the ring. Knight avoided a springboard and rolled up Knight for a two-count. Knight and Bailey avoided each other’s offense at every turn, including Bailey missing a thrust kick by a matter of inches. Knight clotheslined Bailey over the top to the floor and tried a step-up clothesline from the apron, but Bailey avoided it. Bailey sprang off the apron to kick Knight in the face and jumped back on the apron for a back kick. He followed by a corkscrew moonsault from the middle rope to the floor, and Knight was in trouble!

Back in the ring, Bailey went up top for a shooting star press, but rolled through when Knight moved and turned right into a huge dropkick. Knight immediately pounced on Bailey and rained down punches. Knight remained in control for the next few minutes with vicious offense. Knight blocked a DDT from Bailey and dropped him with a suplex. As Bailey sat up, Knight flattened him with a diving clothesline. Knight covered three times, but only got a two-count each time. Knight threw right hands at Bailey until the referee had to separate him multiple times. The crowd chanted “YOU SOLD OUT!” at Knight. Bailey rolled up Knight for a near-fall. Knight hit a pump kick to Knight’s head, so Knight came back with a forearm. Bailey tried a thrust kick, but Knight ducked, and Bailey hit another pump kick! Knight tried to avoid Bailey by leaving his feet, so Knight dropped him with a roundhouse kick that crumpled Knight to the mat!

Bailey needed time to recover, so he pulled himself to the apron, where he locked eyes with Doyle. Bailey and Knight looked like they would springboard at each other from across the ring, but Knight dropped back to the apron, and Bailey simply let himself drop into the ring. Bailey lunged at Knight with a pump kick that knocked Knight to the floor. Bailey ran up the turnbuckles for a triangle moonsault, but Knight knew it was coming and pushed Bailey to the floor! Bailey writhed in pain and finally pulled himself up, only for Knight to soar through the air with a flying clothesline to the floor at the 10-minute mark! Knight threw Bailey back in and went to pick him up, so Bailey maneuvered into a pin attempt. Knight tried for a sunset flip, but Bailey knocked his hands free and landed on Knight’s chest with shooting star knees! Bailey kicked Knight in the head and tried for a pin, but Knight kicked out at two! Bailey nailed a thrust kick and hit a double spin kick to Knight in the corner. Bailey was on the second rope, but Knight jumped up and brought him down with a hurricanrana! Knight spun Bailey into a nasty backbreaker, but this time, Bailey kicked out!

Knight measured for a springboard, so Bailey adjusted and caught Knight on the way down for another pin attempt. Bailey hit another spin kick to send Knight to the corner. He lifted Knight for a Flamingo Driver, but Knight hung onto the top rope. Bailey hit a step-up enzuigiri to Knight’s head, but Doyle distracted the referee on the opposite side while Callis swept Bailey’s leg on the top rope! With both men standing on the top rope, Knight slammed Bailey to the mat with an avalanche choke bomb that nearly ended Bailey for good! Knight brought Bailey back up for a uranage and got the pinfall victory for his fifth successful defense of the TNT Title.

Knight got on the microphone and said that’s how it’s done. He just had to get rid of the weight that was holding him down, so he linked up with “Don Perignon” and the Don Callis Family. He’s here for one reason: to get to the top and become Jet2Belts. “MJF, I’m waiting on ya.”

The Dogs and Young Bucks Argue Over #1 Contendership

Renee Paquette was with Clark Connors and David Finlay to get their thoughts on the beatdown they gave to AEW World Tag Team Champions Cage and Cope, because they still seemed to be in a celebratory mood. They showed off their new shirts with the new five-second pose and reminded everyone of their win over Bang Bang Gang on Collision. They produced five-second brews and five-second kazoos.

The Young Bucks walked in and asked, "Who let The Dogs out?" Nick Jackson asked, “What da dog doin’?” Matt Jackson said he understands they are trying to make an impression, but he doesn’t see how The Dogs think they are next in line for a shot at the AEW World Tag Team Titles. He doesn’t see that going to Finlay, Bullet Club’s worst leader ever, and his tag team partner, “Temu Hangman.”

The Bucks said they consider themselves #1 contenders, and they beat them at Stadium Stampede, so they should fight tonight. Finlay said, “Well, the #1 contenders will wrestle when we feel like it.” They cracked their beers and walked away.

AEW World Champion MJF Denies Mark Briscoe’s Challenge Again

While the champ was sitting in a cold tub, Renee Paquette tried to get a word from MJF about Mark Briscoe’s challenge. MJF said it was no shock that someone wanted a shot at the greatest prize in the game, the AEW World Championship. MJF denied Briscoe once again and called him a “bumpkin.” That AEW World Title is for winners, for top guys, for guys like MJF, a generational talent. MJF said that as the world champion, his word is his bond and what he says goes, and no one in this company can trump him. He told Briscoe to stop asking because it isn’t happening.

Owen Hart Foundation Women's Tournament Quarterfinal: “The CEO” Mercedes Moné (Wild Card) def. NJPW STRONG Women's Champion Alex Windsor

As Windsor waited for her opponent, an abundance of pyro went off and the wild card was revealed to be the returning MERCEDES MONÉ! The CEO is back in AEW and looking to go back-to-back in the Owen Cup after winning in 2025.

Moné worked Windsor into the corner and slapped her. Moné threw Windsor down to the mat and stepped over Windsor with all the confidence and swagger in the world. Moné rolled up Windsor for a near-fall and nailed a dropkick. She whipped Windsor to the corner, but Windsor avoided Moné and came out with a series of deep armdrags. Moné came off the turnbuckles with an armdrag and spun Windsor into the Statement Maker. Windsor tried to get out of it multiple times until Moné rolled her into a backstabber. That got another two-count. Moné used Windsor’s hair for a couple snap-mares and ran in for a Meteora, but Windsor held onto Moné’s ankles and tried for a Sharpshooter. Moné grabbed the bottom rope and kicked Windsor away. Windsor came back to attack, but Moné caught her between the ropes and took Windsor down with a neckbreaker on the apron! Moné came off the apron and nailed Windsor with a Meteora to the floor!

The dominance of Moné continued for the next few minutes, and she took things to another level with Three Amigos. Moné went up top, but Windsor got up and stopped her with a strike before throwing Moné down to the canvas. Windsor hit a clothesline in the corner and then used misdirection over the ropes to level Moné with a lariat. Moné rolled to the floor, so Windsor followed out with a cannonball! Windsor rolled Moné in, so Moné rolled back out, and Windsor followed again with a diving clothesline. Windsor threw Moné back in again, as the fans chanted, “C-E-O!” Moné stopped Windsor coming off the top and went into Three Amigos again, but Windsor stopped the third and hit a pumphandle driver! Moné kicked out at two!

Moné fought out of the corner with boots and then pulled Windsor into the middle turnbuckle with her feet. She stomped Windsor and the two fought on the top turnbuckle. Moné got enough separation to come down on Windsor with an Avalanche Meteora! Windsor somehow kicked out at two! Moné hit a sunset flip powerbomb into the turnbuckles and tried for another Meteora, but Windsor moved and rolled up Moné for a near-fall. Moné got one of her own for a near-fall. They each traded two more pin attempts. Moné hit a knee and backstabber to Windsor! She rolled over into the Statement Maker, and Windsor tapped out! Moné won and held on until the referee broke it up. Moné advanced to the Semifinals and will face the winner of CMLL World Women’s Champion Persephone vs. Hazuki, a match that takes place this Saturday on Collision!

AEW Women’s World Tag Team Champions Divine Dominion and TayJay Will Meet on Collision!

Before TayJay get their shot at Divine Dominion and the AEW Women’s World Tag Team Titles this Saturday at Collision, we took a look at how we got to that match, including surviving the five-minute eliminator this past weekend on Collision!

Don Callis and Kazuchika Okada Send a Message to Takeshita

Renee Paquette asked Callis about recruiting TNT Champion “The Jet” Kevin Knight, and Callis boasted about how he brought Knight in and how they’ll help him become the greatest TNT Champion in AEW history. Callis said Mark Davis was about to break Ospreay’s neck and win the Owen so the Family can march into the main event of All In: London. That leaves just one piece of business to take care of because Callis said Okada got screwed against Konosuke Takeshita. Okada said the AEW International Title belongs with the Family, not in a backpack. And it won’t be there for long. Callis said, "Let’s go take care of that."

Tommaso Ciampa is Waiting for Jericho

We reviewed the events of the last week that saw Ciampa attack Jericho out of nowhere last Wednesday on Dynamite and then explain all the reasons he hates Jericho to justify his attack. Ciampa was at tonight’s Dynamite, but Jericho still wasn’t there. When Jericho was gone, Ciampa arrived and planted his flag in the ground. He told Jericho to stay away and lick his wounds because Ciampa will be waiting…unless he strikes first, you stupid idiot.

Owen Hart Foundation Men's Tournament Semifinal: Will Ospreay def. AEW National Champion Mark Davis of the Don Callis Family

Ospreay was out alone, but Renee Paquette brought a report about Ospreay, including comments from Jon Moxley, who said Ospreay was stronger in mind, body and spirit.

Davis charged Ospreay at the bell, so Ospreay dropkicked Davis’ knee and went to work on Davis’ knee. Ospreay took Davis down with a hurricanrana and mounted him in the corner for punches, as Davis was still sporting the eyepatch from Stadium Stampede. Davis fired back with a bodyslam, but Ospreay ran up on Davis and kicked him. Davis came back with a back body drop and a running senton. Davis worked Ospreay’s neck with a cravat and punched him in the back of the neck. Davis put Ospreay into an abdominal stretch to further work the neck. Ospreay escaped and bounced off the ropes for a corkscrew kick to take Davis down! Ospreay hit a springboard forearm for a two-count.

Ospreay stayed on Davis’ left arm and knocked Davis to the floor with a perfect dropkick. Ospreay fired up the crowd and took that energy to jump over the top. Davis moved, so Ospreay landed on the apron. He went down to fight Davis, who reversed Ospreay into the barricade. Davis lifted Ospreay for a powerbomb, so Ospreay got on the apron and kicked his way free. Ospreay went to the top rope, prompting Davis to walk away. Ospreay chased Davis and got popped up, but he took Davis down with a hurricanrana! Ospreay bounced Davis’ head off the announce desk and tried for a tornado DDT off the apron, but Davis held him and flipped Ospreay into a release suplex on the announce desk! Davis beat Ospreay into the corners of the barricade onto a chair, then charged at Ospreay and smashed him into the barricade with a jumping elbow!

Davis brought Ospreay back in and took him to the top rope for a superplex! Davis was in full control and knelt on Ospreay for a two-count. Davis’ power kept him in control, although Ospreay refused to stay down. Davis tried a charge in the corner, but Ospreay got his boots up and flipped over to the apron. Ospreay tried to springboard, so Davis grabbed Ospreay and chucked him across the ring from the top rope! Davis hit combo lariats in the corner and followed with a backdrop suplex for a weak kickout at two by Ospreay. Davis chopped Ospreay down to the mat multiple times, but Ospreay started to fire up and asked Davis for more! Ospreay tried to exchange strikes with Davis, and refused to go down until Davis blasted him with another lariat that put Ospreay on the mat. Ospreay bounced back up with an enzuigiri! Ospreay used a quick flurry of kicks to Davis’ face, but before he could go to the ropes, Davis chopped him in the neck! Ospreay came back with a fallaway enzuigiri! Both men were down!

Davis stopped a Hidden Blade with a lariat. They exchanged strikes again until Ospreay chopped away a lariat and nailed a hook kick. He followed with a roundhouse kick to the side of the head and backed up to the corner for a corkscrew kick that put Davis down! Ospreay covered, but Davis kicked out. Ospreay tried for a Dragon Suplex but got a German Suplex instead, then bridged it for a pin attempt. Davis kicked out again! Ospreay went up top and stomped Davis’ arm across the top rope. Ospreay attempted to roll Davis into Death Ground and did, so Davis powered Ospreay up into a powerbomb to break it up. He pulled Ospreay right up into Close Your Eyes and Count to Three, but the referee couldn’t because Ospreay kicked out just in time! Davis pulled Ospreay into a piledriver attempt on the apron, so Ospreay kicked free and tried a piledriver of his own. Davis blocked it and clotheslined Ospreay back into the ring!

Davis pulled Ospreay back onto the apron for another piledriver attempt, but Ospreay saved himself with a hurricanrana that sent both men crashing to the floor! Ospreay got in the ring first, but Davis dove in at nine to save the match, only for Ospreay to come flying off the top with a dropkick to the side of Davis’ head! Ospreay pulled Davis up for a Styles Clash and nailed it! 1-2-DAVIS KICKED OUT! What a match!

Davis caught an OsCutter attempt and flipped Ospreay over his shoulder. Ospreay grabbed Davis by the waist, so Davis elbowed out of it. He tried an enzuigiri only for Ospreay to duck, so Davis nailed referee Paul Turner! Ospreay nailed the Hidden Blade! There’s no referee to count!

Trent Berretta and El Clon came out to attack Ospreay! Before they could do any more damage, Daniel Garcia and Wheeler Yuta came out to take out Berretta and Clon! Lance Archer hit the ring and took out both Garcia and Yuta with a flying crossbody! Claudio Castagnoli knocked Archer off his feet with a flying uppercut! Brian Cage dropped Castagnoli with a tornado slam! PAC kicked Cage out of the ring, but Davis rolled in and grabbed PAC. PAC slipped out of Davis’s grasp, and Ospreay nailed Davis with an OsCutter! The referee was back in, but Jake Doyle pulled him out at two and nailed PAC! Doyle knocked Ospreay down with a body block, so Marina Shafir jumped on Doyle’s back for a choke! Doyle ripped Shafir down to the mat, so she spat her gum at him! AEW Continental Champion Jon Moxley hit the ring to fight Doyle, and he was knocked to the outside. PAC came off the top with a moonsault to take out the Callis Family on the floor! The Callis Family and Death Riders brawled to the back.

In the ring, Ospreay picked up Davis for a Storm Breaker, but Kyle Fletcher came in from behind and dropped Ospreay on his head with a half-and-half suplex! Fletcher pulled out a screwdriver, but before he could do anything with it, AEW International Champion Konosuke Takeshita pulled Fletcher from the ring, and they brawled on the floor! That fight continued around the ringside area. Back in the ring, Davis grabbed the screwdriver, but Ospreay jarred it loose with a Hidden Blade! He came back with another Hidden Blade to floor Davis! There was still no referee! Bryce Remsburg ran out, but too much time had passed, and Davis kicked out!

Ospreay went for another Hidden Blade to the back of Davis’ head, so Davis ducked, and Ospreay missed a roundhouse kick. Davis pulled Ospreay into another piledriver, but Ospreay kicked out again!
