SUMMARY
AEW is looking for a Graphic Designer & Producer to join our Post-Production Department to design and produce graphics for AEW programming during the late afternoon to early morning hours (typically around 5 pm until about 1 am). AEW seeks candidates who are reliable, take pride in their work, committed to helping their team members and the organization, and work cooperatively and collaboratively with others. The Graphic Designer & Producer must feel comfortable working late in the day and at night and taking direction directly from executive-level team members. This position must also be responsive, feel empowered to arrange for coverage or to communicate schedule limitations as needed, and comfortable in a fast-paced and demanding environment
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Designing and producing still and motion graphics, as requested by AEW

Working within AEW’s brand guidelines and look and feel to creative captivating graphics

Conceptualizing, designing, and delivering compelling imagery

Creating and presenting new concepts for designed graphics
-
Developing and maintaining the top industry standards to achieve the highest quality product for all AEW platforms

Creating arena graphics for live productions

Creating and executing graphics and animation
-
Creating images and designing elements for social media, on-air promos, print and more
-
Building original motion graphics or enhancing templates for assets such as motion graphics, transitions, backgrounds, lower thirds, effects and animations for live television and arena shows

Collaborating with other departments such as Motion, Social and Print to develop and maintain AEW’s brand identity across multiple platforms

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent of 2+ years’ experience as a producer of graphics
-
Proficiency in grammar, typography, layout, hierarchy, branding, and image manipulations

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop)

Knowledge of Cinema 4D and 3D applications, Avid Media Composer, and Media Encoder

Ability to deliver polished designs under tight deadlines with a strong attention to detail while maintaining a strong sense of design, vision and quality throughout

Ability to adapt to changes, work effectively under pressure, and produce accurate results in a fast-paced environment

Ability to work flexible schedules, on an as-needed basis, with a focus on nights, weekends, and holidays

Working knowledge of AEW product & talent strongly preferred

Salary Range: $75,000 - $90,000
