AEW presented All Out 2024 live from the NOW Arena in Chicago, IL!

It’s Saturday and you know what that means!

The Zero Hour portion of the show kicked off! Your announce team for Zero Hour was Excalibur, Tony Schiavone, & “Daddy Magic” Matt Menard!


The Acclaimed—Anthony Bowens & Max Caster (with Daddy Ass)

vs.

The Iron Savages—Boulder & Bronson (with Jacked Jameson)!


Bowens and Caster used tandem offense on the Iron Savages. Boulder was wiped out with a pair of dropkicks.


MxM Collection—Mason Madden and Mansoor, were shown scouting the match on a monitor backstage. Bulk Bronson connected with an elbow shot to Caster. Bronson planted Caster with the Bossman Slam. Boulder moonsaulted Caster for a near fall.


“Pulling out all the stops here,” said Daddy Magic.


Caster rolled out of the way of a diving headbutt from Bronson. Bowens tagged in and walloped Bronson with an elbow strike. Bowens smashed Bronson with the Fame Asser. Boulder intercepted the Mic Drop from Caster. Bowens blasted Bronson with the Acclaimed and then Caster hit the Mic Drop to pick up the pinfall! 


The Premier Athletes—Josh Woods, Tony Nese, & Ariya Daivari (with “Smart” Mark Sterling)

vs.

Hologram and ROH World Tag Team Champs “The Natural” Dustin Rhodes & “Spanish God” Sammy Guevara!


Sammy came steaming in with a knee strike to Ariya Daivari. Hologram tagged in and cleaned house on the Premier Athletes with a spectacular array of offense. Josh Woods scooped up Hologram and bullied Hologram into the corner. 


Dustin tagged in and power slammed Woods and then Daivari. He crushed Nese with a Canadian Destroyer! Dustin, Hologram and Sammy flew out of the ring and wiped out the Premier Athletes on the arena floor!


Dustin drilled Woods with the Cross Rhodes. Sterling jumped on the ring apron, but Sammy and Hologram arm dragged him into the ring. Dustin nailed Sterling with a Cross Rhodes. Dustin finished off Woods with the Final Reckoning and picked up the “W”!


Trios Match!

The Bang Bang Gang—Juice Robinson & Austin & Colten Gunn

vs.

The Dark Order—Evil Uno, John Silver, & Alex Reynolds!


Juice Robinson used his patented left hand and dished out strikes to the Dark Order. Juice stacked up the Dark Order in the corner and smashed them with a running cannonball. Austin tagged but Evil Uno wiped him out with Something Evil while Reynolds followed up with a diving double foot stomp. Juice stunned Evil Uno with a DDT—the Juice is Loose—and the Bang Bang Gang pulled out the victory!


Tony Schiavone brought out Skye Blue for an interview!


Skye Blue: “Chicago, you guys didn’t think you could have an All Out without me, did you? It means the world to be here right now. I’m doing everything I can to get back as fast as I can from this injury but it’s just a waiting game.”


AEW Women’s World Champion “The Glamour” Mariah May interrupted!


Mariah May: “I came out here to have my championship celebration! But I’m not doing it in Chicago. Why do they call it the Windy City when no one here has ever been blown before.”


Blue: “Babe, you certainly know a thing or two about that.”


Mariah: “You have a lot in common with Chicago: broke, filthy, and you have to lower your standards to make it enjoyable. What you need is some glamour.”


Mariah May kicked out Skye Blue’s crutches and then grounded and pounded Blue! Queen Aminata grabbed the crutch from Mariah May and Mariah May retreated. Queen Aminata helped her friend Skye Blue get back up to her feet.


Undisputed Kingdom—Matt Taven, Mike Bennett, & Roderick Strong

vs. Action Andretti & Top Flight—Dante & Darius Martin

vs. The Beast Mortos & Shane Taylor Promotions’ ROH Pure Champion Lee Moriarty & Shane Taylor!


Dante dropkicked the Beast into the corner. Dante flung the Beast around the ring in an airplane spin. 


“It’s a redeye flight,” said Excalibur. 


Dante monkey flipped Taven. Bennett distracted Dante while Taven planted Dante hard on the mat. Bennett blasted Dante Martin with the Boston Bayonet and Taven covered Dante for a near fall. 


Shane Taylor battered Dante with rights and lefts in the corner. Lee Moriarty tagged in, but Dante took him down with a diving bulldog. Darius Martin entered the fray and threw some big right hands to the jaw of Shane Taylor. Darius dropped Taylor with the flatliner. 


The Beast Mortos wiped out the Undisputed Kingdom with a tornillo to the arena floor! Top Flight and Action Andretti took flight and crash landed onto the rest of the competitors with triple tope suicidas!


Action Andretti spiked Mortos with a DDT back in the ring. Taylor choke slammed Andretti. The Beast Mortos speared Action. Roderick Strong rocked Andretti with a rising knee strike and stole the win via pinfall!


“You see that HOOK?” screamed Roderick Strong.


Kicking off the pay-per-view portion of All In…


MJF vs. Daniel Garcia!


Nigel McGuinness joined the broadcast booth here for the main card.


Danny Garcia ambushed MJF as MJF entered the ring. Garcia was out for blood! MJF finally stopped Garcia with a neck breaker. MJF drilled Danny with a DDT!


Garcia regained some momentum after landing a lariat. Garcia hit three consecutive twisting neck breakers. MJF caught Garcia and smashed Garcia with a power bomb onto MJF’s knee. MJF chomped on Garcia’s head, opening Garcia’s cut from Dynamite when MJF smashed Garcia with a wine bottle.


Garcia rocked MJF with a diving DDT from the top turnbuckle. MJF mule kicked Garcia and then planted him with a Panama Sunrise! Garcia rallied back with a flurry of elbow strikes. Max poked Garcia in the eyes. MJF cracked Garcia with a thunderous right hand strike.


Garcia threw MJF overhead with a German Suplex and then threw his entire body into a lariat. 


The fans, loving what they were seeing in the opener, chanted “This is awesome! This is awesome!”


MJF locked Garcia into the Walls of Jericho. Garcia escaped and put MJF into the LeBell Lock. MJF countered with a cradle, pinning Garcia for a two-count. MJF locked Danny in the cross face. Garcia escaped and put MJF into the Dragon Tamer. MJF escaped and countered with an arm bar. 


The fans chanted “Danny! Danny! Danny!”


Garcia grabbed MJF, poised for a piledriver. Garcia stuffed MJF with a jumping piledriver and covered MJF, but MJF kicked out at the two-count!


“Where did MJF pulled that out from?” asked Excalibur.


“Give him credit,” added Tony Schiavone. 


MJF shoved the ref, hit Garcia with a low blow, and then stole the win with a jackknife pin!


“A heartbreaking loss for Daniel Garcia,” said Excalibur.


“It can’t end like this,” replied Daddy Magic.


MJF extended his hand to Garcia. Garcia accepted it. MJF went for another low blow, but Garcia gave MJF a taste of his own medicine and kicked MJF between the legs. Garcia hoisted MJF onto the turnbuckles. Garcia spiked MJF with a piledriver off the turnbuckles!


AEW World Tag Team Championship Match!

The Young Bucks (c.)—Matthew & Nicholas Jackson

vs. 

Blackpool Combat Club’s Claudio Castagnoli & Wheeler Yuta!


The Bucks showed cohesion early on, using their world famous patented tag team offense on Wheeler Yuta. Yuta ducked under a lariat attempt. Yuta crawled toward his corner and tagged out to Claudio. Claudio cleaned house on the Young Bucks using European Uppercuts. 


“A one man wrecking crew is what we’re watching now,” said Tony Schiavone. 


Yuta locked Matthew up in a seat belt pin and Matthew escaped just in the nick of time. Nicholas superkicked Yuta. Wheeler fought against the odds with a thrust kick to Nicholas and then a German Suplex to Matthew. Yuta put Matthew in the Cattle Mutilation, but Nicholas broke it up with a senton atomico!


The Bucks crunched Claudio with the EVP Trigger. Yuta jumped in to break up the pin attempt on Claudio. The Bucks pumped up their sneakers. The Bucks blasted Claudio with superkicks. Claudio blocked the EVP Trigger. Claudio countered with a double suplex. Claudio hurled Matthew Jackson around the ring with the Giant Swing! 


Claudio superplexed Matthew. They went for the Fast Ball Special, but Matthew was playing possum and countered by lifting his knees into Yuta’s ribcage. Matthew cradled Yuta for the 1-2-3!


“The Young Bucks snatched victory from the jaws of defeat,” said Excalibur.


AEW International Championship Match!

“The Aerial Assassin” Will Ospreay vs. “The Bastard” PAC!


Pac went for a hurracanrana, but Will landed on his feet! Pac connected with a sky twister press to the floor! Pac tried for a springboard dropkick, but Ospreay countered with a dropkick and then a sky twister press of his own!


“Mirror images!” said Excalibur.


Ricochet was shown scouting the match on a monitor backstage.


The fans chanted “This is awesome! This is awesome!”


Back in the ring, Ospreay and Pac traded strikes. Pac whipped Will into the steel guardrail. Pac brought Will back into the ring with an avalanche brain buster!


Now the fans chanted “A-E-W! A-E-W! A-E-W!”


Ospreay rallied back with a flying elbow from the barricade to Pac. Ospreay stunned Pac with the Sasuke Special! Ospreay connected with a corkscrew kick to the back of Pac’s neck for a near fall. 


Pac went for a moonsault, but Ospreay caught him, and then Pac countered with a DDT! Pac hit a Liger Bomb for a near fall on the Aerial Assassin. Ospreay rocked Pac with a standing Spanish Fly, but Pac was able to sustain the attempted comeback from Ospreay, kicking out of Ospreay’s pin attempt. 


Pac ducked the Hidden Blade and then nailed Will with a thrust kick. Ospreay hit an Os-Cutter out of nowhere.


The fans began to chant “Fight forever! Fight forever!”


Pac decimated Ospreay with a German Suplex on the apron! “The Bastard” followed up with a poison rana on the apron. Pac applied the Brutalizer in the center of the ring! Ospreay reached the ropes with a toe to the bottom rope, forcing the ref to break the hold. 


The fans were on their feet, standing everywhere as Pac countered a power bomb with a hurracanrana for a near fall!


“So close!” said Tony Schiavone. 


Pac devastated Will with another poison rana. Pac put Will in the Brutalizer again! Ospreay escaped and nailed Pac with the Hidden Blade for a near fall!


“Whew! What a match!” said Nigel.


Pac attempted an avalanche poison rana, but Will landed on his feet. Will went right for another Hidden Blade, but Pac kicked out at the two-count!


“We’ll never forget this match as long as we live!” said Schiavone. 


Ospreay connected with the Os-Cutter! Ospreay planted Pac with the Styles Clash, followed up with the Hidden Blade, and finally managed to pin Pac!


“The epitome of our sport. The absolute pinnacle,” said Nigel.


“Will Ospreay and Pac putting on a classic here in Chicago tonight,” added Excalibur.


“An all-timer! One of the greatest matches we’ve ever seen,” replied Schiavone. 


Chicago Street Fight!

CMLL World Women’s Champion Willow Nightingale 

vs.

Kris Statlander (with Stokely Hathaway)!


Stokely slid a steel chair into the ring. Willow power bombed Stat into the turnbuckles. Willow wrecked Kris with a cannonball in the corner for a near fall. 


Kris cracked Willow with the steel chair. Kris drove Willow through the Spanish announce table with a power bomb. Stokely and Kris pulled a table out from beneath the ring. Statlander went for a senton to Willow, but Willow dodged it, and Stat crash-landed through the table!


Willow pounced Kris, sending Kris right through the barricade!


“Fans are digging this, and I don’t blame them. What an incredible battle,” said Tony Schiavone. 


Willow wound up and walloped Kris with a lariat on the ramp. Statlander showed her strength with a snap suplex to Willow on the stage. Stokely brought out a trash can full of plunder. Kris grabbed a barbed wire wrapped baseball bat. Willow found fluorescent light tubes and broke them over Statlander’s head! Statlander, out of sheer desperation, speared Willow off the stage and through the tables below!


“The things we have seen tonight! Unbelievable!” said Tony Schiavone. 


Willow wrapped Kris’ steel chain around her first. Willow drove the chain into the wound on Kris’ forehead and then chomped down. Statlander avoided a lariat and countered with a German Suplex. Statlander emptied a bag of thumbtacks in the ring. Kris went for an ax kick, but Willow moved, and Kris split right on top of the thumbtacks. Willow followed up with a Death Valley Driver, but Kris kicked out at the two-count!


Statlander rocked Willow with a Spanish Fly from the top rope. Statlander cracked Willow with a discus lariat, the steel chain wrapped around Stat’s fist and arm!


Statlander pulled a dog collar out from beneath the ring. She wrapped it around Willow’s wrist. Willow put the other end of the chain around her wrist. Willow wasted no time and planted Kris with a spinebuster on the thumbtacks. 


“This has been a war of attrition!” said Nigel.


Statlander spiked Willow with a tombstone piledriver. Statlander wrapped the chain around the face and throat of Willow and Willow submitted!


Renee Paquette interviewed Will Ospreay backstage and Will had harsh words for Ricochet!


Ricochet interrupted Will and told Will, “Don’t worry about me! I’ll see you soon!”


AEW Continental Championship Match!

“Rainmaker” Kazuchika Okada (c.) vs. “Freshly Squeezed” Orange Cassidy vs. “The Alpha” Konosuke Takeshita vs. ROH World Champion Mark Briscoe!


Don Callis joined the broadcast booth for this match. 


Okada and Takeshita had a stare down. Orange took both of them down with a double hurracanrana. Orange pulped Okada with a DDT for a near fall. Briscoe stung Takeshita with chops and Takeshita gave it right back to Briscoe. 


Briscoe dropped a Cactus Elbow onto Takeshita. Orange dropped an elbow of his own to Okada. Orange rocked Takeshita with a Stun Dog Millionaire and then a vertical suplex. Briscoe and Orange traded strikes. Okada and Takeshita exchanged elbow strikes until Okada connected with an amazing dropkick. Takeshita answered with a Blue Thunder Bomb for a near fall!


Takeshita superplexed Orange. Briscoe tried to capitalize with a Froggy Bow to Takeshita, but Okada jumped in to break up Briscoe’s pin attempt. Okada landed an elbow drop on Briscoe! Okada blocked a Jay Driller attempt, but Briscoe blasted Okada with a rainmaker lariat. 


Takeshita shoved Orange into Briscoe. Takeshita countered a Stun Dog Millionaire attempt with a piledriver and a German Suplex! Briscoe jumped back into the fray with a Jay Driller on Takeshita. Briscoe covered Takeshita but Orange pulled Briscoe out of the ring. 


Takeshita smashed Briscoe with a power drive knee, but Orange was there to make the save. Cassidy went for the Orange Punch, but Takeshita drilled Orange with a strike. Okada rocked Briscoe with a rainmaker. Okada clocked Cassidy with the rainmaker lariat and pinned “Freshly Squeezed” Orange Cassidy!


TBS Championship Match!

“The C.E.O.” Mercedes Moné(c) vs. Hikaru Shida!


Kamille is banned from ringside.


Shida dropkicked Mercedes four times and went for the cover, but Mercedes escaped. Shida stunned Mercedes with a rising knee strike. Mercedes, undeterred, fired back with double knees. Shida plucked Mercedes out of the air with a hurracanrana.


Shida threw Mercedes into the turnbuckles with a reverse hammer throw. Mercedes used Shida’s aggression against her, applying a cross face to Shida. Mercedes nailed Shida with a lung blower and then a sunset flip power bomb in the corner!


Mercedes took down Shida with the three amigos suplex sequence. Shida countered a frog splash by raising her knees. Shida blasted Mercedes with three consecutive falcon arrows for a near fall on the champion. 


Mercedes countered the katana kick with a knee breaker and then a back stabber. Shida popped up and rammed Mercedes with a running knee to Mercedes’ jaw. Shida knocked Mercedes’ block off with the katana kick. And then another! And after a third katana kick, Mercedes rolled out of the ring. 


The champion tried to grab the kendo stick, but Shida pulled it out of Mercedes’ hands. Shida thought about using the kendo stick but threw it to the mat. Mercedes moved out of the way of a meteora. Mercedes chop blocked Shida and then finished her off with the Moné Maker, scoring the pin!


Kamille came out to help Mercedes celebrate her victory.


AEW World Championship Match!

“The American Dragon” Bryan Danielson (c.)

vs.

TNT Champion “The Scapegoat” Jack Perry!


Jim Ross joined the broadcast booth for the first of two huge main events tonight. 


Perry used an arm drag on Danielson. The champ marched forward, and Perry retreated from the ring. Danielson grabbed Perry and suplexed him. Danielson swept Perry’s legs and put Perry in the flying surfboard submission hold. Danielson cracked Perry in the ears with forearms. 


Danielson threw his body at Perry with a springboard to Perry on the arena floor! Perry was blasted across the ring by a dropkick. Danielson jumped off the apron, but Perry countered with a thrust kick and then a draping DDT to the arena floor! Perry got a full head of steam and dropkicked Perry into the guardrail. 


Perry nailed Bryan with a neck breaker in the ring. Perry chopped Danielson but Danielson fired back, lighting up Perry’s chest. Perry blistered the champ with more chops. Danielson suplexed Perry from the turnbuckles. 


Bryan Danielson walloped Perry with round kicks. Danielson pivoted to a LeBell Lock on Perry. Jack Perry reached the ropes with his boots, forcing the ref to break the hold. Jack Perry retaliated with a drop toe hold and then captured Danielson’s arms, applying the cattle mutilation on the champ!


“The champion is in trouble,” said Excalibur.


Perry planted Danielson with a snap dragon suplex. Perry dished out a second snap dragon suplex to Danielson.


“That’s out of the Kenny Omega playbook,” said Taz.


Perry and Danielson traded strikes on the apron. Danielson rocked Perry with a butterfly suplex off the apron to the arena floor!


The fans chanted “You deserved it! You deserved it!”


Danielson targeted Perry’s arm with a guillotine leg drop. Danielson kicked Perry in the head, showing no mercy. Perry caught Danielson in the snare trap! Danielson saw the ropes and clawed his way to them, forcing the ref to break the hold.


“I don’t care for what Jack Perry has become, but you’ve got to admit he’s wrestling a hell of a match here,” said Tony Schiavone.


Danielson knocked Perry down with a roundhouse kick. Perry pulled the referee into Danielson’s path, and the ref fell to the mat. Danielson grabbed Perry but the Bucks stormed the ring, double teaming Danielson with stomps and kicks. The Bucks spiked Danielson with the TK Driver!


“If we can get a referee back, it’s academic now,” said Tony Schiavone.


Claudio Castagnoli and Wheeler Yuta sprinted to the ring and chased off the Young Bucks! Perry got the ref back to his feet. Perry drilled Danielson with a knee to the side of the head, but Danielson kicked out at the two-count!


Perry captured Danielson’s wrists and began to stomp on Danielson’s skull. Perry charged at Danielson, but Danielson countered with the Busaiku Knee!


“Big time explosion by Danielson!” said Taz. 


Danielson swarmed Perry with palm strikes and then a rolling elbow strike. Danielson landed the Busaiku Knee, but Perry kicked out at the two-count!


“He only gets one chance to become the champion. He’s going to make the most of it,” said Jim Ross.


Bryan grabbed Perry’s wrists and began to stomp Perry’s head. 


“The flat of the book right in the face!” said Jim Ross.


Perry, defiant, sat up. Danielson took advantage of the opportunity and used the Busaiku Knee to finish off Perry and earn the victory!


After the match, Christian Cage and the Patriarchy came down to the ring! 


Jon Moxley, the Blackpool Combat Club, and PAC walked to the ring through the crowd! The BCC stood between the Patriarchy and Danielson. The Patriarchy didn’t like their odds and walked away, with discretion being the better part of valor. 


Moxley got in the ring and embraced Danielson. Jon Moxley and the rest of the BCC shockingly turned on their teammate Danielson! 


PAC held Wheeler Yuta back as Yuta screamed in disbelief, Yuta wanting to help Danielson! Marina Shafir jumped into the ring, keeping the referee away!


Moxley finally had enough and left, with PAC, Marina, and Claudio following. Wheeler Yuta and the AEW Medical Staff ran to Danielson to give him medical attention. 


Due to the graphic nature of the attack on AEW World Champion Bryan Danielson, we will be limiting our recap here.

Lights Out Steel Cage Match!

“Hangman” Adam Page vs. Swerve Strickland (with Prince Nana)!


Swerve had a gameplan and charged at Page before the cage was lowered. Prince Nana started sliding implements like chairs and a table into the ring before the cage descended all the way down to the mat. 


Swerve cracked Page with the House Call kick! Page answered with a German Suplex. Page pulled a stapler gun out of a tool box. Page began to staple Swerve in the chest and Swerve laughed it off. Hangman lost his grip on the staple gun and Swerve stapled Page in the back. Swerve nailed Hangman with a back breaker.


Swerve pulled out photos of his family. Swerve stapled the family photo to the chest of Hangman Page. Swerve stapled another family photo to Page’s face!


Swerve used the cage as a weapon, grabbing Page from the top turnbuckle and then throwing Hangman Page into the fencing! Page pulled Swerve’s legs, and Swerve landed split legged on the top rope.


Hangman grabbed barbed wire and wrapped it around his right arm. Hangman clubbed Swerve with a lariat, Hangman’s arm wrapped in the wire. Page sent Swerve headfirst into the cage.


Page shouted at the crowd, “That’s your man?”


Swerve came back with a clothesline to Page. Swerve charged at Page but Page dodged Swerve. Swerve’s momentum, along with some not-so-friendly help from Page, forced Swerve to crash into the cage. Page took Swerve’s head and ground it across the barbed wire and the cage.


Page caught Swerve flush in the jaw with a high boot. As Page was arguing with ref Paul Turner about a steel chair, Swerve scored with the House Call kick. The ref went to pick up the chair, trying to put some semblance of sanity into the match, but Swerve catapulted off the ref’s back and nailed Page with the Buckshot Lariat! Swerve waffled Page with the steel chair!


“You can break a man’s back with that chair easily,” said Schiavone.


Swerve lawn darted Page into a steel chair that was wedged between the turnbuckles! Swerve pulled a cinder block out and placed it onto the mat. Swerve planted Page down hard on the cinder block!


Swerve and Page jockeyed for position on the top turnbuckle. Swerve smashed Page with the Swerve Stomp, Page crashing through a table below! Swerve was searching for another House Call, but Page countered with the Dead Eye for a near fall!


Page pulled out a splinter of burnt wood from Swerve’s house. Page tried to blind Swerve with it, but Swerve countered with an arm bar, trying to wrestle the wooden spike away from Hangman Page. Swerve hit Page in the forehead with the spike!


“A spike driven into the skull of Hangman Adam Page, the remnants of Swerve’s childhood home,” said Excalibur.


Page hit Swerve with a low blow and then power bombed Swerve onto the cinder block! Page covered Swerve and somehow Swerve kicked out at the two-count!


“What is it going to take to win this match?” wondered Tony Schiavone.


“I don’t even know if winning is important here,” replied Taz.


Swerve rallied back, power bombing Page against the steel cage! Swerve cracked Page with a House Call kick! Swerve connected with a second House Call and covered Hangman for a near fall! Swerve began to climb to the very top of the cage. Page stopped the ascent and power bombed Swerve from the top turnbuckle!


“Essentially an Awesome Bomb from Hangman Page,” said Excalibur.


Page drilled Swerve with a Dead Eye for a near fall! Page rammed the edge of a steel chair into Swerve’s forehead!


“I told you to beg for mercy!” shouted Page.


“Swerve is laughing,” said Schiavone in disbelief.


Swerve stood to his feet and then dropped at the boots of Hangman Page. Page pulled the grill out of Swerve’s mouth. Page pulled out a hypodermic needle and jabbed Swerve in the mouth! Hangman knocked out Swerve with a steel chair shot, the ref immediately calling for the bell!


“Mercifully this match has stopped. Hangman has a measure of revenge, but at what cost? Not just the physical cost, but the moral cost,” said Excalibur.
