We’ve finally arrived at one of the most anticipated Wednesday nights of the year! Tonight, in historic Greensboro, North Carolina, from the legendary First Horizon Coliseum, it’s Blood & Guts, LIVE at 8 p.m. ET/7 p.m. CT for a special 2.5-hour event on TBS and streaming on HBO Max!
One Cage. Two Rings. Three Words. This year, we doubled the mayhem when Blood & Guts expanded to matches for both men and women.
The Death Riders head into the Men’s Blood & Guts without the advantage after Roderick Strong defeated Jon Moxley by countout on AEW Collision this past Saturday night, thanks to an assist from Darby Allin, to win Match 3 of the Men’s Advantage Battle. Allin joins Strong and Orange Cassidy, Mark Briscoe and Kyle O’Reilly of The Conglomeration to face Moxley, Claudio Castagnoli, PAC, Daniel Garcia and Wheeler Yuta in tonight’s Men’s Blood & Guts Match.
The first-ever Women’s Blood & Guts Match will see TBS Champion Mercedes Moné, Megan Bayne, Marina Shafir and Triangle of Madness (Thekla, Skye Blue and Julia Hart) take the advantage into the cage against AEW Women’s World Champion Kris Statlander, “Timeless” Toni Storm, Mina Shirakawa, Willow Nightingale, Harley Cameron and Jamie Hayter. It’s only appropriate to have such star-studded teams when the women get their first chance to settle some deep-seated issues in Blood & Guts.
And if that wasn’t enough, AEW World Champion “Hangman” Adam Page takes on one-third of the AEW World Trios Champions, Powerhouse Hobbs of The Opps, in a Falls-Count-Anywhere match just 10 days before defending the AEW World Championship against Samoa Joe at AEW Full Gear presented by DC! Plus, two men with plenty of history in Greenboro, Ric Flair and Ricky “The Dragon” Steamboat, will appear live! All that is coming your way tonight!
Here’s your complete AEW Dynamite preview for November 12, 2025.
AEW Dynamite Matches, Preview for Wednesday, November 12’s Blood & Guts
Men’s Blood & Guts Match: Death Riders (Jon Moxley, Claudio Castagnoli, PAC, Daniel Garcia and Wheeler Yuta) vs. Darby Allin, The Conglomeration (Mark Briscoe, Kyle O’Reilly and Orange Cassidy) & Roderick Strong
In a rare instance, it will be the Death Riders fighting an uphill battle with the numbers game, as they will be at a disadvantage in 2-on-1, 3-on-2, 4-on-3, and 5-on-4 situations until all 10 men are in the match. That’s thanks to Roderick Strong earning a countout victory over Jon Moxley to win the Advantage Battle for his side, as Darby Allin grabbed Moxley’s leg from under the ring to prevent him from beating the count. After the match, Allin tasered PAC, and the rest of the Death Riders decided to keep their distance.
One advantage for the Death Riders, however, when it comes to Blood & Guts is experience. Every member of their team has been in the match before, with Moxley, Claudio Castagnoli, and Wheeler Yuta all entering for a record third time – and as teammates each time. This will also be the second appearance for PAC and Garcia. On the other side, only Allin and Mark Briscoe have previous Blood & Guts experience, coming from last year’s victory as part of Team AEW.
Considering the lengthy, complicated and violent history between these two sides, along with the reputation of Blood & Guts, you'd better have an appetite for destruction tonight!
Women’s Blood & Guts Match: TBS Champion Mercedes Moné, Megan Bayne, Marina Shafir & Triangle of Madness (Thekla, Skye Blue and Julia Hart) vs. AEW Women’s World Champion Kris Statlander, “Timeless” Toni Storm, Mina Shirakawa, Harley Cameron, Willow Nightingale & Jamie Hayter
Tonight, we will see the fantastic women’s division have their first-ever chance to fight it out in a structure that is built for danger and pain. The connective tissue between these 12 women has brought together different rivalries and a lot of shared history. But how did we get here?
The genesis of this particular matchup can be traced to Thekla’s AEW debut on May 28, when she attacked Jamie Hayter, putting Hayter out of action for three months. Thekla would go on to form Triangle of Madness alongside Julia Hart and Skye Blue, and those three have been spreading their own version of chaos throughout the women’s division.
However, since Hayter’s return at Forbidden Door in August, she’s been laser-focused on revenge. In fact, it was Hayter who made the Blood & Guts challenge, but little did we know just how deep the talent of these two teams would be.
Hayter, a former AEW Women’s World Champion, will team with the current AEW Women’s World Champion, Kris Statlander, and the only four-time AEW Women’s World Champion, “Timeless” Toni Storm. Plus, the championship resumé of their team gets even deeper with the inclusion of former TBS Champion Willow Nightingale and former Interim ROH Women’s World TV Champion Mina Shirakawa – along with the wildcard of the crew, Harley Cameron, who pinned ROH looks World Champion Athena in the AEW Women’s World Tag Team Championship Tournament last week to earn a shot at Athena’s ROH Women’s World Title on the November 20th episode of Honor Club.
Triangle of Madness have their own champion teammate in TBS Champion Mercedes Moné. They’re joined by Megan Bayne and Marina Shafir, who recently joined forces to team in the ongoing AEW Women’s World Tag Team Championship Tournament. Ultimo Moné may be dripping in gold, but she doesn’t always play well with others. And in this match, she might need to deal with some past demons of her only loss in AEW, which came to Storm back at All In: Texas – not to mention the specter of her AEW Full Gear opponent in Statlander.
Who will walk out of Greensboro victorious in the first Women’s Blood & Guts match, and what implications will it have on the future of the division? We can’t wait to find out!
Falls Count Anywhere (Non-Title Match): AEW World Champion “Hangman” Adam Page vs. AEW World Trios Champion Powerhouse Hobbs
As if the night won’t be wild enough, we might get an old-school tour of the coliseum tonight when falls count anywhere between AEW World Champion “Hangman” Adam Page and one-third of the AEW World Trios Champions, Powerhouse Hobbs, in a non-title match. In the main event of last week’s Dynamite, it was Hobbs who slammed Page from the stage through a table on the floor and submitted HOOK in the torture rack as part of The Opps’ successful defense of the AEW World Trios Titles against Hangman, HOOK and Eddie Kingston.
Not only is this a massive opportunity for Hobbs, but he also has a chance to soften up Page for his AEW World Championship Title defense against Samoa Joe at Full Gear. While Page is never one to back down from a fight, he’s wading into dangerous waters just 10 days before trying to defend his title against Joe in a rematch. And after what he did to Page last week, Hobbs has to be brimming with confidence heading into tonight.
Greensboro and AEW fans better be ready, because falls count anywhere tonight between Hangman and Hobbs!
Ricky “The Dragon” Steamboat and “Nature Boy” Ric Flair Will Appear!
If you’re going to be in such an important venue in professional wrestling history like the First Horizon Coliseum, why not have two men who had legendary battles in the building against each other, going back nearly 50 years! We’re honored to have all-time greats Ricky “The Dragon” Steamboat and “Nature Boy” Ric Flair back with us and in Greensboro tonight!
