AEW Collision Results

AEW Collision came to you from the RP Funding Center in Lakeland, Florida on TNT and HBO Max just two weeks away from AEW WrestleDream on October 18!

Before their AEW Women’s World Championship match at WrestleDream, Kris Statlander came face to face with her challenger, the former champion, “Timeless” Toni Storm. After they exchanged mutual respect and admiration, they agreed to fight right there and then, until Triangle of Madness hit the ring!

The Death Riders picked up their third straight win on Collision in Trios action, although it was the words of Daniel Garcia to Daddy Magic that dealt the hardest blow. MxM TV’s first Casting Call was answered by TNT Champion “The Protostar” Kyle Fletcher, Konosuke Takeshita and Josh Alexander, who picked up a quick victory. However, the Don Callis family couldn’t go 2-0 on the night, as Hechicero, Rocky Romero, and Lance Archer lost to Orange Cassidy and Paragon in the main event.

Plus, Kevin Knight defeated Dax Harwood, but it was FTR and Big Stoke standing tall in the end after a big surprise. Jamie Hayter turned back a strong challenge from Anna Jay. All that and much more was part of a loaded night of action in Lakeland!

Here's everything that happened on AEW Collision for October 4, 2025, including your full results and match recaps.

AEW Collision Recap Tonight for Lakeland PAC Challenges Orange Cassidy for Title Tuesday

PAC Challenges Orange Cassidy for Title Tuesday

As AEW Collision came on the air, we heard from Stokely, who reminded us that Kevin Knight said he could beat any member of FTR, but tonight FTR would expose Knight for the fraud he is. Elsewhere, Knight was with “Speedball” Mike Bailey and Willow Nightingale and promised that he’d slap the fire out of someone's mouth, whether it was Dax, Cash, or that “little garden gnome, Little Stoke.”

La Facción Ingobernable has been on fire lately, as Sammy Guevara was happy to remind everyone, including Eddie Kingston, who faces Dralistico later tonight.

Kingston was not happy to be speaking before his match, and said he’s going to take out all his anger on Dralistico before leaving in a huff, as HOOK stood by chuckling at Kingston’s typical Saturday night behavior.

Anna Jay asked Jamie Hayter to give her everything she’s got in tonight’s match, their first meeting in four years.

Kyle O’Reilly, Roderick Strong and Orange Cassidy were backstage, about to make their entrance. First, though, O’Reilly addressed how the Family keeps growing and growing, and after what happened to Hologram, they get their hands on three members tonight! Strong told KYLE! He didn’t really want to do it, but he will. Paragon exited and before Cassidy could follow, he was confronted by PAC!

“Hello, little boy. I’m sure you remember me, don’cha? I mean we go way back. And I’m positive that you’re ecstatic to see me return. Six months, Orange. Six months of pent-up frustration, and I thought to myself, who better to take it out on than my old nemesis, Orange Cassidy. So, a proposal. A challenge, if you like. How ‘bout me and you dance the dance once again in our old stomping ground of Jacksonville, Florida. That is, of course, if you’ve got the tangerines for it, Orange.”

Cassidy responded, “No Death Riders?”

“Whatever you need.”

“No Don Callis Family?”

“Just me and you. I’ll see you Tuesday.” And with that PAC walked away.

“Uh yes I accept; I don’t know, he just walked away.”

Trios Match: Jon Moxley, Daniel Garcia & Claudio Castagnoli of the Death Riders def. Jay Lethal, Adam Priest & “Dynamite Kid” Tommy Billington

Daddy Magic was on commentary just a week after Garcia nearly stomped him through the mat to get the win for the Death Riders against Magic, Kyle O’Reilly and Roderick Strong.

The Death Riders attacked from behind at the bell, leaving Lethal in the ring with Garcia, who he controlled for a short while before diving to the outside to take out Castagnoli. Billington tagged in but wasn’t able to do much until he was launched over the top to the floor. Moxley made the tag, although he opted to follow Billington to the floor for a devastating suplex.

The assault continued back in the ring with Castagnoli and Moxley making quick tags until Billington escaped long enough to bring in Priest. He went right to work on Moxley with a number of strikes in the two neutral corners before sending Moxley to the outside. Priest followed with a dive, which was caught by Castagnoli who launched Priest into the guardrail.

Priest was in a world of trouble for the next few minutes, as he was grinded down over and over by the Death Riders as Wheeler Yuta antagonized from the outside. Castagnoli had Priest trapped in a neutral corner, as Priest made multiple attempts to escape to his corner, which he finally did when he evaded a flying uppercut and hit Garcia with an enziguri! When Billington made the tag, he opened up on Garcia with a mix of suplexes and aerial offense, including a diving headbutt. Garcia and Billington came to a stalemate when they both went for a crossbody, so Moxley and Lethal tagged into the match.

Lethal went for the King’s Elbow, but Moxley was ready for it, catching Lethal in a choke. Lethal got back to his feet and broke it up by pushing Moxley to the corner, which allowed Garcia to tag Moxley. A Lethal Injection attempt meant for Garcia was stopped by Moxley who then dropped Lethal with a cutter. Garcia locked in a DragonTamer and with Lethal trapped, Moxley stomped him in the head as Garcia wrenched back even more, although it wasn’t necessary, as Lethal was already out, giving the victory to the Death Riders by referee’s stoppage.

Daddy Magic confronted Garcia, begging him to be a man and answer him, but Garcia continued to ignore him until he grabbed a microphone and turned around to finally answer his former mentor and friend.

“Can you not take a hint?! Did you not understand when I stomped your face into the canvas last week? I guess I gotta stand here, look you in your eyes, and tell you man to man. Matt, I loved you. You were like a brother to me, but when I was hanging around you, I was a loser. And that’s because you’re a loser, too. Now, I hang around winners and they’re gonna be winners, then I’m gonna be a winner, too. Hey Matt, if I kept hanging around you, I was gonna end up like that parasite (pointing to Nigel McGuinness) right there. So listen to me, Matt. I don’t hate you. I know it’s hard. I just need you to understand.”

And with that Garcia dropped the mic and walked away to leave with the Death Riders leaving Daddy Magic in a state of disappointment.

Jon Moxley’s Message to Darby Allin

We went back to Dynamite, where AEW Women’s World Champion Kris Statlander and Darby Allin were victorious over Marina Shafir and Wheeler Yuta in the Mixed Tornado Tag main event. Statlander ended up brawling with “Timeless” Toni Storm to the back after the match, but in the ring, Allin was attacked by PAC, who put a chain around his neck, as Moxley promised to make Allin say “I Quit” at WrestleDream.

A Medical Update on Nick Wayne

Renee Paquette was backstage trying to get a medical update on the ROH World TV Champion, Nick Wayne, as he was checked out by the medical staff with Mother Wayne and Kip Sabian standing by for moral support. Wayne said, “I’m great. Matter of fact, I couldn’t be better. Right now, I’m sitting here getting cleared. I should be back in the ring in no time. You should be lucky I’m not in the ring right now. Ain’t that right, Doc? Tell them how great I’m healing.”

“Nick, you’re still really swollen and really tender on the fracture site, so it’s gonna be another 6-8 weeks.”

Both Nick and Mother Wayne, as well as Sabian, responded indignantly, saying they’d go find a real doctor for a real diagnosis.

Jamie Hayter def. Anna Jay

Anna Jay followed her partner’s lead of challenging a former AEW Women’s World Champion after Tay Melo battled “Timeless” Toni Storm on AEW Dynamite just a few days ago. This was the first one-on-one match between Jay and Hayter since they met in the opening round of the TBS Title Tournament nearly four years ago.

Jay showed a lot of fire early on, clearly not concerned by Hayter’s power. Surprisingly, Jay tried to go strike for strike with Hayter early on, which didn’t provide a lot of success. Hayter beat Jay down with her power before sending her to the outside. The two traded throws into the guardrail before returning to the ring.

Once again, Jay tried to outstrike Hayter in the corner, but Hayter ate all the shots and came storming right out at Jay. They traded shots in the middle of the ring until Jay hit a low dropkick to Hayter’s face for a two count. Jay locked in the Queen Slayer, but Hayter was able to reverse it into a sleeper of her own. With Jay out of it, Hayter hit a second-rope dropkick followed by a shotgun kick to the corner, but Jay kicked out, which incensed Hayter. She stayed on Jay with a huge big boot and remained in control, although Jay kicked out of multiple pin attempts. Hayter picked up Jay on her back, but Jay fought up with elbows and then a DDT. As Hayter staggered up, Jay hit a Blockbuster from the second rope, getting another two count.

Jay locked in the Queen Slayer only for Hayter to escape and flatten Jay with Hayterade to get the victory! The two shook hands after a hard-fought matchup.

Max Caster and Anthony Bowens Team Up Again?!

Lexy Nair was with The Best Wrestler Alive™ Max Caster, who said the losing streak was over and you can’t be better than the best. Big Bill and Bryan Keith showed up with Bill reminding Caster that when they faced off, “you got smoked.” Bill said if not for Bowens, Caster would be nothing. Bowens entered and said someone finally gets him, as he was carrying far more plaques than Caster. Keith said if Bill can beat Caster like that, then he can beat Bowens’ ass. Bowens came right back and said he could beat them both, which turned into an argument between Bowens and Caster. Bill took that as an opportunity to challenge them to a tag match next week, which they both immediately accepted.

Keith left them with a pretty fair question, “You two can’t even like each other. How do you expect to beat us?”

As Lexy claimed that The Acclaimed was back next week in Daily’s Place, Caster and Bowens immediately shut that down, and they went their separate ways.

ROH World Tag Team Champions Sammy Guevara & RUSH of LFI def. Shane Stetson & Cha Cha Charlie

Guevara and RUSH started a busy night for LFI in dominant fashion. When Cha Cha Charlie tried to get Guevara to dance, RUSH was tagged in and immediately blasted Charlie in the mouth. Stetson wasn’t prepared when RUSH knocked him off the apron and took him on a painful tour of the ringside barriers. RUSH returned to the ring, stomped Charlie in the corner, and gave him the horns with a double kick to the face. The match should have been over, yet that wasn’t enough for Guevara, so he tagged in and hit a swanton bomb for the victory.

LFI didn’t have much time to celebrate, as Eddie Kingston made his way to the ring with HOOK for his match with Dralístico…

Eddie Kingston def. Dralístico

Guevara joined the commentary desk, as RUSH was escorted to the back by officials in an effort to allow the match to start without any interference.

Kingston outwrestled Dralístico, clearly frustrating him, as he tried to stall on the outside. When Dralístico got back in the ring, the two got in a shoving match, which turned into Dralístico asking for more from Kingston. That was a trap, as Dralístico drilled Kingston with a big kick and combo. He followed with another kick on the apron and a running knee, leaving Kingston gasping for air.

Dralístico remained in control by slowing the pace down significantly, as he punished Kingston with strikes and kicks in the corner. As Dralístico taunted him over and over, Kingston got fired up and started to fight back to his feet with some big chops. The two began trading blows until Dralístico crumpled Kingston to the mat with the biggest chop of the back and forth. Kingston fought back again, but another jumping kick from Dralístico dropped Kingston once again. He targeted Kingston’s surgically repaired leg and followed with a shotgun dropkick that was only good enough for a two count.

Kingston avoided a springboard attempt from Dralístico only to drop him with an STO. Both men got back to their feet and Kingston asked for more, so Dralístico dropped him with a forearm and came right back with a leaping Codebreaker! He couldn’t do anything with it, as Kingston rolled to the outside. That brought Guevara off commentary, but HOOK was right there to back up Kingston.

Back in the ring, Dralístico went for a suplex that Kingston reversed into a small package for a two count. Kingston ducked another spinwheel kick and crushed Dralístico with a Uraken to get the win, his third straight since returning to action!

Reliving Andrade el Idolo and El Clon Joining the Don Callis Family

We went back to Dynamite, where Andrade el Idolo returned to AEW to attack Kenny Omega and joined the Don Callis Family, as well as the moment when El Clon finally revealed himself by costing Orange Cassidy his TNT Championship match against Kyle Fletcher.

Somehow, the Family is more powerful than ever.

MxM TV’s Casting Call: TNT Champion “The Protostar” Kyle Fletcher, Konosuke Takeshita & Josh Alexander of the Don Callis Family def. Mason Madden, Mansoor & Johnny TV of MxM TV

After insulting the Lakeland crowd, Mansoor announced the first-ever MxM TV Casting Call, an open challenge putting any combination of MxM TV vs. any combination of anyone who wanted to answer the call. Arkady Aura announced this would be a trios match and the music of Konosuke Takeshita hit, as we learned members of the Don Callis Family would be the opponents.

Johnny TV felt confident starting things until he was leveled by a Takeshita forearm to the face. Mansoor made a blind tag and caught Takeshita with a knee to the back, which he shook off and forearmed Mansoor to the floor. Johnny was sent to the apron by Takeshita with Fletcher following right behind with a huge boot. Alexander tagged in and hit a slingshot powerslam, which was broken up by Madden. He fought through Takeshita and Fletcher to hit a double clothesline, but when MxM TV hit their pose, they each fell victim to German suplexes.

Fletcher hit a dive to Madden on the outside while Takeshita put Johnny down with a Blue Thunder Bomb. Mansoor hit a superkick to Takeshita and avoided Fletcher’s running kick in the corner, giving him a chance to scale the top rope. However, Fletcher recovered to hit Mansoor with an overhead suplex. Takeshita followed with a wheelbarrow suplex on Mansoor right into Alexander’s C4 piledriver. Fletcher finished Mansoor off with his Shear Drop Brainbuster to win the first-ever MxM TV Casting Call!

Dalton Castle and The Outrunners are a Unit!

Lexy Nair was with Dalton Caster and Turbo Floyd and Truth Magnum of the Outrunners to ask if this partnership was official. Floyd and Magnum confirmed that was the case and thought they should be going after the AEW World Trios Titles.

Castle, however, told Nair that they messed up because they gave the greatest performance last week, questioning if they gave the fans everything all at once and how they could possibly top that. The Outrunners told Castle they’d lift him higher and higher each week before lifting Castle up to show he was in good hands and carrying him away.

Triangle of Madness Ambush Jamie Hayter and Queen Aminata

Lexy Nair was with Queen Aminata and Jamie Hayter to get some comments after Hayter’s win, but that never happened because Thekla, Skye Blue and Julia Hart viciously attacked them. As Hayter and Aminata writhed in pain, a message was sent.

Thekla said, “We have three words for you …”, with Blue and Hart chiming in in unison, “Triangle of Madness.”

“The Jet” Kevin Knight def. Dax Harwood

FTR and Big Stoke made their entrance with no hint of who would be facing Kevin Knight. “Speedball” Mike Bailey and Willow Nightingale accompanied Knight to the ring, so despite not knowing his opponent, at least Knight brought backup.

Both Cash Wheeler and Dax Harwood were dressed to wrestle and circled Knight before the bell, but it was Wheeler who bailed as Harwood attacked Knight from behind, officially declaring himself as the FTR representative for the match. Harwood took the early advantage, punishing Knight in the corner with repeated blows. Knight fought back with a back bodydrop and a dropkick to the face of Harwood before clotheslining him to the floor.

Harwood stalled while complaining about his broken nose before finally re-entering the ring. Knight’s quickness frustrated Harwood, so he went back to the outside to slow the pace. When Knight got frustrated and pulled him back in, Harwood responded with a pointed elbow. The two traded chops in multiple corners and when Harwood tried to bail outside again, Knight followed him with a crossbody to the floor. They fought back up to the apron, where Knight reversed a piledriver attempt into a back bodydrop. Harwood recovered and grabbed Knight in a powerbomb position and tossed him over the guardrail!

While Knight struggled to get back to his feet, Harwood kept attacking to keep him from beating the count. Even Wheeler got involved to keep Knight from hopping back into the ringside area. Finally, Knight exploded off the guardrail to nail Harwood before running up the apron to get extra leverage on a dropkick back down to the floor!

Finally back in the ring, Knight tried a sunset flip from the top, but Dax rolled him through, only for Knight to come back to a huge DDT for a two count! Harwood cut off Knight on the top rope, but Knight knocked him down and went for the UFO, which Harwood countered with a pair of boots to the face. Dax tried to get the win right there and then, but Knight kicked out.

The two had a battle of strikes that Harwood initially won until Knight hit a desperation powerbomb to leave both men exhausted on the mat. Knight reversed a rebound powerbomb into another sunset flip, but Harwood escaped. Knight grabbed him in a backslide for another two count. This time Harwood hit the rebound powerbomb, but now it was Knight who kicked out in the nick of time.

A frustrated Harwood started yelling at Knight, so Knight answered with a high-angle dropkick. He quickly followed with a springboard clothesline, and Harwood was in trouble! Sensing that, Wheeler tried to get involved until Nightingale pulled him off the apron and Bailey came out of nowhere to hit a dropkick and a moonsault. With Wheeler out of the mix, Stoke got in the ring to block Knight from coming off the top rope, so he showed him a pair of his biggest fingers and leapt right over Stoke with a UFO onto Harwood for the win!

After the match, Nightingale and Stoke got into an argument, which he escalated by poking her in the chest until she snatched him up for a Babe with the Powerbomb, only for Dax to grab Stoke's leg to make the save.

All of a sudden, Megan Bayne appeared, hammering Willow with a vicious double axehandle across the back! As Nightingale struggled back to her feet, Bayne jumped across the ring with a flying Decapitator clothesline to put her right back down. Penelope Ford joined Bayne, as they all raised their hands in a unified front, which appears to be the surprise Stoke promised.

SkyFlight Challenges Shane Taylor Promotions for the ROH World Six-Man Tag Team Championships

Christopher Daniels said losing to the Don Callis Family in the build up to AEW All Out was a setback, but that defeat is temporary if the lessons learned were permanent. Scorpio Sky reminded the group of their big wins, including one over Shane Taylor Promotions, so they should go after their ROH World Six-Man Tag Team Titles.

STP didn’t care that SkyFlight beat them once before because they are the ROH World Six-Man Tag Team Champions. Taylor left SkyFlight with these words, “It is real simple, boys. You want your shot at the kings? Put the money up, take your best shot, and we gonna put you down like everybody else. Rep the set or expect disrespect.”

AEW Women’s World Champion Kris Statlander & “Timeless” Toni Storm Attacked by Triangle of Madness

The AEW Women’s World Champion Kris Statlander was out first and wasted no time calling out Storm.

“Toni Storm, you’re not finished with me? No, no, no. Big Stat Daddy isn’t finished with you!”

The Timeless One made her entrance and after making proper introductions, she asked what Stat wanted. Stat said they just have to talk. So Storm laid down in the middle of the ring and Stat laid down right next to her in the opposite direction, providing quite the visual.

Statlander said this match wasn’t personal and that the two had wrestled more matches than anyone without facing each other. Because Storm was a fighting champion, she gave Statlander a chance at the title, which is why Statlander is returning the favor. As she caressed Storm’s face, Statlander said, “As much as I like you. As much as this isn’t personal. I will happily knock your ass back into black and white.”

“Kristen, it broke my heart when I lost that title. But there is no one and I mean no one who deserves it more than you. When I first saw you, I said ‘My god, what a woman!’ And now I must find out what kind of woman you really are!”

They rose to their feet and Storm said, “You say that this isn’t personal. But that belt is in my blood. That gold is in my veins. There is nothing more personal to me. For the first time ever, at WrestleDream, there’s no one I’d rather lose to, but there’s no one I’d rather beat.”

They shook hands, but both held on when they turned away realizing they didn’t have to wait until WrestleDream. They pulled back together face-to-face.

Statlander said, “No belts, no bells, just you and me.”

Storm responded, “I thought you’d never ask!”

And with that the two went to opposite corners and prepared to give us an early preview of WrestleDream. They met in the middle of the ring to exchange blows and the fight was on … until Triangle of Madness hit the ring to break it up. Thekla, Skye Blue and Julia Hart ganged up on Statlander and Storm to take them down. Thekla grabbed a mic and said she’s not finished with either of them yet because neither of them beat her. After making her proclamation, Thekla was interrupted by Harley Cameron’s music, but she surprised Triangle of Madness by attacking Thekla from behind. Storm and Statlander recovered to send Blue and Hart from the ring, as the two WrestleDream opponents stood tall alongside Cameron.

How We Got to “Hangman” Adam Page and Samoa Joe for WrestleDream

We got a recap of the events on Dynamite that seemed like a misunderstanding between Page and Joe, but turned into a pull-apart with lots of security, as Joe reminded Page that he’s never beaten him. Page knew it was about the AEW World Championship, a title Joe once held. Joe admitted he might have been too preoccupied with the Death Riders, and might need to remind everyone who he is. Page had no problem giving Joe a shot at the title, but Joe made it clear, Page has never been greater than him.

Trios Match: Orange Cassidy & Paragon (Kyle O’Reilly and Roderick Strong) def. Hechicero, Rocky Romero & Lance Archer of the Don Callis Family

Hechicero and O’Reilly got our main event started with some mat wrestling, although they found themselves in a stalemate, so Strong and Romero tagged into the match. Strong powered Romero into the corner and O’Reilly came back in with knee lifts. Cassidy tagged in to hit some OC-like chops as O’Reilly continued to punish Romero with kicks that had a little more oomph on them. Strong tagged back in, as Paragon went back to work on Romero until Archer came to break it up. He caught Cassidy out of the air and used him as a weapon to take out O’Reilly and Strong.

Archer then formally tagged into the match with the Family in firm control. Strong was the poor recipient of merciless offense from Archer, as he was totally cut off from his teammates. When he finally got close, Cassidy put on his sunglasses, so Archer knocked him from the apron to the floor.

Strong had to fight through Romero and Hechicero to make the tag to Cassidy, which brought Archer back in the ring. OC got his hands in his pockets and frustrated Archer by avoiding his big swings while hitting a low dropkick. Cassidy avoided another attack, sending Archer to the floor, where he was immediately met with a flying knee from O’Reilly!

Romero went sneaky style with a rollup on Cassidy, but he kicked out. Romero and Cassidy traded shots with OC’s strikes picking up more and more intensity. Cassidy hit a diving elbow from the top before O’Reilly made a blind tag. Cassidy hit Romero with a Stundog Millionaire and held him in place for O’Reilly to hit a spinning forearm.

Hechicero and O’Reilly went at it again, although this exchange was more about brutalizing each other with knees. Romero was still the legal man and rolled up O’Reilly for a two count, only to follow with an enziguri. Before Romero could make a tag, O’Reilly trapped him in an abdominal stretch, although that was quickly broken up by Archer. Cassidy went for an Orange Punch, but was goozled by Archer along with O’Reilly. Before he could do anything else, Strong made the save with a flying knee, which freed up OC for a successful Orange Punch, followed by the high low attack from Paragon.

Hechicero got back in and tried to Slingblade Strong over the top, but Cassidy stopped it with another Orange Punch and Strong followed with a double boot through the ropes. Romero missed a splash in the corner, which gave O’Reilly the chance to hit a tornado DDT. He locked Romero in an armbar to get the submission win in our main event!

After the match, TNT Champion “The Protostar” Kyle Fletcher, Josh Alexander, Konosuke Takeshita and El Clon met the other members of the Don Callis Family in the aisle. Fletcher held up his TNT Championship to taunt Cassidy as Collision came to a close from Lakeland.

But we’re not done with you yet, Florida!
