Tonight, AEW Dynamite is LIVE in Fishers, Indiana, from the Fishers Event Center at 8 p.m. ET/7 p.m. CT on TBS and streaming on HBO Max! The road to AEW Worlds End on December 27 in Chicago, Illinois, continues with action in both the 2025 Continental Classic and the AEW Women’s World Tag Team Championship Tournament!
Eddie Kingston put out the challenge, and next Wednesday at AEW Dynamite Winter is Coming in Atlanta, he’ll face Samoa Joe for the AEW World Championship. Before that happens, Kingston and Joe will come face-to-face tonight!
In one of the most intriguing matches of the entire Continental Classic, Jon Moxley and Claudio Castagnoli will be in action against each other for the first time in AEW, as the Death Riders’ leader and his general clash in the Blue League, where both are tied atop the standings with three points. In the Gold League, we’ll also head to the top of the table for a first-time matchup between “The Protostar” Kyle Fletcher and “The Jet” Kevin Knight. Meanwhile, reigning Continental Classic winner and AEW Unified Champion Kazuchika Okada will face quite a test to get his first points of the 2025 Continental Classic when he takes on PAC of the Death Riders in a rematch of their 2024 classic at AEW Dynasty!
Plus, the AEW Women’s World Tag Team Championship Tournament will take a wild turn tonight when MegaProblems, Megan Bayne and Marina Shafir, take on Timeless Love Bombs, “Timeless” Toni Storm and Mina Shirakawa, in a Hardcore Holiday Death Match semifinal to determine who moves on to face the Babes of Wrath in the final!
All that and much more goes down tonight on Dynamite in Indiana! Here’s your complete AEW Dynamite preview for December 3, 2025.
AEW Dynamite Matches, Preview for Wednesday, December 3
AEW World Champion Samoa Joe & Eddie Kingston Face-to-Face!
After defeating one-third of the AEW World Trios Champions, The Opps’ Katsuyori Shibata, on the Thanksgiving edition of Collision, Kingston called out Samoa Joe for a shot at the AEW World Championship at Winter is Coming. The match was made official and will happen on next Wednesday’s Dynamite from Atlanta. But tonight, these two combustible forces come face-to-face before they fight one-on-one next week for the first time in AEW and for the richest prize in the game!
Continental Classic Blue League: Jon Moxley (3 points) vs. Claudio Castagnoli (3 points)
Jon Moxley and Claudio Castagnoli have been fighting together in AEW since June 2022, first as members of the Blackpool Combat Club and now as part of the Death Riders. Tonight, they will fight against each other for the first time in AEW.
In the opening week of the Continental Classic on Dynamite, Moxley finally ended a winless streak in singles matches of nearly two months with a victory against Máscara Dorada. On the same night, Castagnoli continued his winning ways against Orange Cassidy in the main event. Both men come into the night tied atop the Blue League standings along with Konosuke Takeshita at three points.
How will the Death Riders handle facing each other? Will any friction linger regardless of the outcome?
Continental Classic Gold League: AEW Unified Champion “The Rainmaker” Kazuchika Okada (0 points) vs. PAC (3 points)
For the second straight year, Kazuchika Okada failed to win his first match in the Continental Classic. Last year, Okada fought to a draw with Daniel Garcia to begin his C2 journey, yet still won the tournament. This year, Okada suffered another loss to Kyle Fletcher, and he enters this match with zero points as a result.
Tonight, we revisit a classic from AEW Dynasty 2024 when Okada defeated PAC in his first defense of the AEW Continental Title. Things look different for both men these days, with Okada part of the Don Callis Family and PAC running roughshod over anyone who steps in the way of the Death Riders.
It’s not an enviable position to be in, with PAC standing across from Okada tonight. PAC completed a perfect week for the Death Riders with his impressive win over “Speedball” Mike Bailey on Thanksgiving Collision, which put him on top of the Gold League alongside Fletcher and Kevin Knight with three points.
With no outside interference allowed, the focus will be on two of the very best wrestlers in the world. Can Okada get on the board, or will PAC stay on top of the Gold League?
Continental Classic Gold League: “The Protostar” Kyle Fletcher (3 points) vs. “The Jet” Kevin Knight (3 points)
The first week of the 2025 Continental Classic produced plenty of headlines, although the victories by Kyle Fletcher and Kevin Knight might top the list. First, in a rematch from last year’s Continental Classic, Don Callis had to watch two of his Family members do battle – and just like last year, it was Fletcher beating the 2024 Continental Classic Champion, “The Rainmaker” Kazuchika Okada, just minutes before the time limit. Meanwhile, in his C2 debut, Knight sent a message to the entire field by beating Darby Allin in their first-ever meeting to earn three points.
Now, Fletcher and Knight square off for the first time one-on-one and only the third time in their careers. Just how incredible of a show will two of AEW’s young stars put on in Fishers tonight?
AEW Women’s World Tag Team Championship Tournament Semifinal Hardcore Holiday Death Match: Timeless Love Bombs (“Timeless” Toni Storm and Mina Shirakawa) vs. MegaProblems (Megan Bayne and Marina Shafir)
By way of their victory at AEW Full Gear Presented by DC in the 4-Way Tag over the other three semifinal teams, Timeless Love Bombs earned the right to pick the stipulation for their semifinal match against MegaProblems. And last week on Dynamite, “Timeless” Toni Storm decided to give her teammate, Mina Shirakawa, an early Christmas gift by making this semifinal match a Hardcore Holiday Death Match!
Tonight, these two sides will go to battle once again with a ticket to the AEW Women’s World Tag Team Championship Final on the line! Who will survive the hellacious holiday hostilities and face the Babes of Wrath, Willow Nightingale and Harley Cameron, for the right to be called the first AEW Women’s World Tag Team Champions? We’ll find out tonight!
