AEW Fright Night Collision Results: October 31, 2026 - The Cut Takes Down The Conglomeration, TBS Champion Queen Aminata and Persephone Added to Blood & Guts, Ilja Dragunov Drops The Beast Mortos

The only thing scary about Fright Night Collision on TNT and HBO Max was if you missed it! AEW celebrated Halloween with a broadcast from the Chaifetz Arena in St. Louis, capping off a great week in this historic wrestling city.
Fright Night Collision featured a perfect mix of styles, including a successful Artist of STARDOM Championship defense by Triangle of Madness and Ilja Dragunov’s relentless nature overcoming The Beast Mortos, as well as some massive developments in the Women’s Blood and Guts match, with Queen Aminata and Persephone joining to make it a full six-on-six.
The main event saw The Cut and The Conglomeration battle for the second week in a row after “Switchblade” Jay White beat Kyle O’Reilly in last week’s main event. And the result was the same again, thanks to White slipping Juice Robinson brass knuckles, which he used to deliver the Left Hand of God and knock out O’Reilly for the victory. That wasn’t enough for The Cut, so they held both Cassidy and Strong for two more brass knuckle shots from Robinson as Collision came to a close, with The Cut standing tall once again.
We also learned that Marina Shafir will challenge Mercedes Moné for the AEW Women’s World Championship at Full Gear, which is now two weeks away. But before that, we will see both the men’s and women’s Blood and Guts matches this Wednesday night in Jacksonville.
This is everything we were treated to on Fright Night Collision in St. Louis!
AEW Fright Night Collision Results From St. Louis
“Psycho Killer” Tommaso Ciampa def. SkyFlight’s Matt Sydal (w/ Christopher Daniels)
We began the night with Tommaso Ciampa taking on St. Louis’ own Matt Sydal. Sydal got a wonderful ovation from his hometown crowd, while Ciampa, dressed like Kratos from God of War, was not fazed in the slightest.
Ciampa worked Sydal to the corner but missed the chop as the crowd continued to cheer on Sydal. Ciampa tried to shut that down with a shoulder block and a pose, but Sydal dropkicked him to the floor. Back inside, Ciampa bent Sydal over in a test of strength, stomped him in the gut, chopped him, and ran him headfirst into the top turnbuckle. Sydal escaped Ciampa’s tilt-a-whirl slam with a reverse DDT! He sat on top of Ciampa, but Ciampa kicked out, so Sydal hit a standing moonsault for another near fall! Ciampa bailed to the outside, so Sydal went after him and came off the apron with a Meteora! He threw Ciampa back in the ring and went to the top rope looking for his Shooting Star Press, but Ciampa rolled back to the outside. Sydal chased after him and threw him back in the ring, but when Sydal tried to follow, Ciampa was waiting with a running knee that sent Sydal crashing back to the floor!
Ciampa remained in control for the next few minutes, and it looked like Sydal had a chance when he springboarded off the second rope, but Ciampa was waiting with a dropkick! Ciampa got a near fall off that and hooked in a rear chinlock. Sydal used the crowd’s energy to get back to his feet, but Ciampa tried to cut him off with a shot to the turnbuckle. Sydal fought through it with a headscissors and a couple of kicks, then escaped Project Ciampa with a jumping knee to the side of the head! Sydal covered for a near fall. He saw his opportunity and went to the top rope, but Ciampa rolled to the floor. This time, Sydal followed him out by chucking his body off the top rope and taking out Ciampa in a nasty collision!
Sydal rolled Ciampa back in and once again went up top for the Shooting Star Press, and once again, Ciampa was ready to stop it. He got off his back and swept out Sydal’s legs on the ropes. Ciampa went up to the second rope and tried to bring him down with an Air Raid Crash, but Sydal changed the momentum on the way down and stacked Ciampa up for a very close near fall! The crowd got behind Sydal once again, and he countered Ciampa’s shot to the gut from the apron to spike him into the mat! Sydal hit a running basement dropkick to the corner and went to the top for another Shooting Star Press, but Ciampa got his knees up and hooked Sydal for another close near fall. Ciampa backed up and hit a bicycle knee, then went for Project Ciampa, but Sydal snapped him over with a hurricanrana and covered. Once again, Ciampa kicked out!
Sydal couldn’t believe it and called for the crowd’s energy once again. They were on their feet and answered in unison. He kicked a kneeling Ciampa in the side of the head twice, but when he bounced off the ropes, Ciampa got up in time and cut Sydal off with Project Ciampa! He backed up to the corner and hit the Kill Shot Knee! While that should have been enough, he pulled Sydal back off the mat, lowered the knee pad and hit another Kill Shot Knee! Ciampa covered Sydal for the three-count!
Ciampa rolled to the outside and stood on the commentary desk to further celebrate his victory. He called the camera over to give himself a round of applause.
We took a special look back at AEW’s history in St. Louis, which has always been known as a historic wrestling town. In 2024, Swerve Strickland won the AEW World Championship at Dynasty right here in the Chaifetz Arena.
The Hurt Syndicate’s Bobby Lashley & Shelton Benjamin (w/ MVP) def. SoloRoto (Aaron Solo and Nick Comoroto) (w/ Griff Garrison)
For some reason, Comoroto attacked Lashley from behind at the bell, and it actually worked, as he managed to bounce Lashley back and forth with clotheslines in the corners. Solo tagged in and held Lashley in the corner for another clothesline from Comoroto. When Comoroto tried again, Lashley elbowed him away and chucked Solo from the apron onto Comoroto in the ring. Lashley sent Comoroto over the top to the floor as Benjamin took over against Solo. Benjamin let Solo chop him out of the corner because it did no damage, and while a spin kick stunned Benjamin briefly, he got back up to stop Solo’s attempt at a 21-Plex. Instead, Benjamin pulled Solo up into the air and then back down for a pair of German suplexes. He knocked Comoroto to the floor, so Lashley ran around the ring and wiped out Comoroto with a spear!
Garrison tried to take a shot at MVP, but MVP was ready and threw him into Benjamin for another German suplex! Lashley speared Garrison! Benjamin cracked Solo with a step-up knee in the corner, and Lashley speared Solo in the back! That was a rough night for his kidneys. Lashley speared Solo from the front, but the crowd chanted, “ONE MORE TIME!” Benjamin obliged and tagged Lashley back in for an even higher-velocity spear! Lashley celebrated on the ropes, and the crowd responded with a standing ovation! As the fans chanted his name, he covered the decimated Solo to complete the dominant return to action for The Hurt Syndicate!
Death Riders Are Ready for The Cut in Anarchy in the Arena
The Death Riders had plenty to say to The Cut, with Jon Moxley, Marina Shafir, Wheeler Yuta and Daniel Garcia all standing behind Gabe Kidd as he spoke first. “Let’s just address the elephant in the room here. Let’s not beat around the bush, though. I know two little snakes. Right to do that, ain’t that right? I have to give you a round of applause, boys, because that performance there last week, that was Oscar-winning. That was incredible, legendary. The whole time, I thought you were my dog for life. But you two are more than a couple of fake little bitches. We were there, Clark. You too, Finn. You were there. When I was going mad on Redondo Beach, you were there. You drove me to the hospital. You had to see me unfold under your eyes. And now this, now this. You know how mad I am. You know how bad this gets. You know how dangerous I can be. We’re already one man down. Now we’re two. You know what that means? We’re gonna bite, and we’re gonna rip every inch of flesh off your body. I’m gonna gut you both, and I’m gonna hang you with your own intestines. I’m gonna end you. This is not over until I say so.”
The Death Riders’ message continued. “You knew how this started. If you knew the hole that we dug ourselves out of, our nails scraping on dirt and rock, struggling for every breath of air. But if you understood having your back against the wall, being under the gun, being under pressure, being an underdog, despair, if you understood us, you wouldn’t say things like, the Death Riders are outnumbered. We’ve been outnumbered the whole time. It hasn’t mattered, because the intrinsic goal all along was to be a part of something bigger than us. Bigger than this place. We were outnumbered the entire time. We chose to be relentless. We chose to be consistent. We chose to do the hard work that everyone else denied. There is no man. There is no woman. There is no army that is going to break our spirit. Do you understand me? Do you understand me?”
Wheeler Yuta followed. “Claudio or no Claudio, we will show up where we always do.”
And Daniel Garcia closed it out. “And at Full Gear, in Anarchy in the Arena, we might be outnumbered, but y’all about to be outmatched. Against the world. Against the world!”
Persephone Crashes Out After Losing TBS Title on Dynamite
Persephone crashed out backstage after losing the TBS Championship on Dynamite, and she was joined by Dr. Britt Baker, D.M.D., as she directed her words at Queen Aminata. “Aminata, you wanted Blood and Guts so bad last year. Well, this year, there’s a spot left on each team. Blood and Guts, I want my title back!”
Artist of STARDOM Championship Match: Triangle of Madness (“The Toxic Spider” Thekla, Skye Blue and Julia Hart) (c) def. Trinity (Hazuki, Koguma and Fuwa-chan)
Triangle of Madness had Blood and Guts in four days, but on Collision, they had a tough title defense and had no choice but to keep their focus on STARDOM’s Trinity.
Fuwa-chan and Hart started things with Hart offering a handshake, only to slap Fuwa-chan in the face. She threw her into the Triangle corner for successive attacks from Blue and then Thekla before tagging Blue back into the match. Blue kicked Fuwa-chan around, but Fuwa-chan hammered back to escape Blue’s grasp. Blue hit one big shot to knock Fuwa-chan into the ropes, although when she turned around, Koguma and Hazuki were there to take her down with back elbows while Fuwa-chan cleared Hart and Thekla out of the corner! Blue found herself on the wrong side of a quick-strike triple-team, and when Hart and Thekla came in to save her, Trinity choked all three over the bottom rope at the same time before landing a series of kicks and running boots to knock them to the floor.
Blue was sent to the corner for a trifecta of jumping attacks before a double suplex from Hazuki and Koguma that led to a dropkick from Fuwa-chan! Blue kicked out at two! Fuwa-chan ran up the ropes to come back with a dropkick that got another two-count. Blue sent Fuwa-chan to the ropes, so Hart kicked Fuwa-chan in the back while Blue cleared out the Trinity corner. Blue nailed Fuwa-chan in the back with a rising knee, which gave Thekla the opening to hit a running boot on the apron and a stomp to Fuwa-chan’s back!
Triangle of Madness refused to let Fuwa-chan get to the corner for several minutes, as they made constant tags to keep the punishment coming without rest. Finally, Fuwa-chan ran Hart and Blue into each other and tagged Koguma! Hazuki also came in to help clear house, and the champions were sent to the floor. Koguma dove off the second turnbuckle connector while Hazuki came through the ropes for a pair of crossbodies that took out all of Triangle of Madness! Back in the ring, Koguma spun Hart around in a choke and followed with a tight Northern Lights suplex for a near fall. Hart used a hair takedown and a standing moonsault for a near fall of her own.
Thekla tagged in and nailed Koguma before taking a cheap shot at Hazuki on the apron. A quick kick combo from Thekla couldn’t stop a blind tag from Hazuki. Koguma shoved Thekla into the corner, which allowed Hazuki to hit a missile dropkick and Koguma to come off the opposite corner for a crossbody! Hazuki followed with a senton splash that got a near fall on Thekla. Hazuki tried to lock a submission on Thekla’s neck, but she escaped with a pin attempt that nearly won it. Thekla came off the ropes and spun around Hazuki to lock her in an octopus hold! Hart and Blue did the same to Fuwa-chan and Koguma. Hart and Blue sent them to the floor, as Hazuki got to the ropes to break the hold.
Thekla backed up and booted Hazuki in the side of the head with a head of steam. She hit another short-range boot and went to the top rope. Hazuki charged, so Thekla jumped over her and wound up eating a stiff thrust kick to the chin from Hazuki! Thekla tried to fight through it and speared Hazuki, but was too hurt to make the cover right away. Finally, Thekla put an arm over, but Koguma came in and lifted Thekla off to stop the pin. Koguma rolled away from Thekla into a forearm from Hart, but came back with a running cutter to Hart! Hazuki tagged Fuwa-chan and Thekla tagged Blue!
They slugged it out in the middle of the ring, and Fuwa-chan managed to gain enough of an advantage to lock on an octopus hold! Blue broke it in the corner and then stopped a running Fuwa-chan with a kick to the face. Blue went to the top rope, but Hazuki came in with a rising palm strike to stop her. Hazuki hit a superplex, and Koguma followed with a top-rope splash before Fuwa-chan capped the sequence with a Shining Wizard! Fuwa-chan covered, but Hart made the save before what may have been the end. Hazuki and Koguma DDTed Hart, but turned right into a double spear from Thekla! Thekla took all of Trinity out with a top-rope crossbody all the way to the floor!
Back in the ring, Fuwa-chan nearly beat Blue with a La Magistral cradle. Blue pushed Fuwa-chan into the corner and grabbed the referee’s attention so Hart could spray Fuwa-chan with the black mist! Hart tagged back in to swing Fuwa-chan into a big uranage from Blue and then covered Fuwa-chan for the successful title defense!
Samoa Joe Guarantees to Change the Perception of The Opps
Samoa Joe, flanked by HOOK and Katsuyori Shibata, wanted to take some time to extol the importance of perception. “A while ago, the Opps were perceived as an entity that should not be approached, and if so, with all caution. But it seems perception has changed a little bit. People seem to be barking a little bit louder in our presence. If that’s anything, it’s a failure in leadership. Or maybe it’s a failure in who we let lead.” Joe glanced at HOOK as the words landed.
“But the bottom line is this: the man who came back and immediately choked out your TNT Champion is here. The man who came back and made your AEW World Champion tap out. I guarantee you that the perception of the Opps will change.” He paused, then cast another glance toward HOOK. “Or maybe we change the nature of the beast.” Joe walked away, leaving HOOK and Shibata standing behind.
Ilja Dragunov def. The Beast Mortos
This was Ilja Dragunov’s second match in AEW after a successful debut last week on Dynamite against “Speedball” Mike Bailey, which made this his Collision debut. And what a second opponent in The Beast Mortos! The crowd was more than happy to let Dragunov conduct them before he began his hard-hitting performance.
Mortos threw Dragunov to the corner, but Dragunov turned things around with chops. He continued to work out of the corner with more strikes and a kick before bringing Mortos down to the mat. Mortos stopped a shoulder block, then stopped another. The two exchanged strikes before Dragunov tried another shoulder block. A fourth shoulder block sent Mortos into the ropes, but Mortos came back to take down Dragunov with a shoulder block of his own. Dragunov came off the ropes, and Mortos bounced him up into the air for a Samoan drop! Mortos covered with a knee across the chin for a two-count.
Dragunov tried a deadlift German suplex on Mortos, but Mortos pushed him off, so Dragunov spun through the ropes and came back with a big lariat! With Mortos hanging over the top rope, Dragunov went to the top turnbuckle and hit a dropkick! The two went back and forth with neither gaining a clear advantage. Mortos tried to get up on the second rope to get away from Dragunov, so Dragunov just unloaded with chops and shots to the back of Mortos until he fell onto the second turnbuckle.
Dragunov pulled him out of the corner with a gutwrench and snapped him to the mat with a German suplex! But he kept waist control and lifted Mortos once again, this time for a side suplex! He kept waist control and lifted Mortos off the mat for a third time, but this time, Mortos pushed him away and backed him into the corner. Mortos charged after him, but Dragunov came flying out of the corner with a stomp to the chest! He followed with a big falling knee drop, then a big stomp to the neck, and covered Mortos for a two-count. Dragunov went up top and hit a senton splash for another near fall! His eyes changed as he pulled up his fist, looking for the D-Bomb, but on his way down, Mortos put his boots up and kicked him away.
Dragunov came back at Mortos, who caught him and dropped him from his shoulders down onto his knee with a nasty backbreaker! Mortos hit the discus lariat and covered Dragunov, but Dragunov was able to get his shoulder up in time. They fought from their knees, and Dragunov unloaded with a flurry of quick forearms. Mortos came bouncing back up and asked for more! With both men back on their feet, they traded chops with the little energy they had left. Mortos chopped Dragunov down to the mat, but Dragunov fired up as the crowd got behind him. He hit a barrage of chops until Mortos dropped him with one big shot.
Mortos called for the end and sat Dragunov on the top turnbuckle. He followed up with a chop and then went up to meet Dragunov, looking for a superplex, but Dragunov pushed him off, slipped underneath, and looked for a powerbomb. Mortos continued to hold on to the turnbuckle connectors, but Dragunov finally powered through and slammed Mortos to the mat to complete the powerbomb! Dragunov fired up again and went after Mortos with a flying headbutt, followed by the D-Bomb to get the win!
While Dragunov celebrated in the ring, conducting the crowd once again, Tommaso Ciampa appeared at the top of the ramp and did some conducting of his own.
Nick Wayne Shows Us a Night in the Life
We took a look back at the last interaction between Wayne and Jericho, when Jericho endorsed Wayne and then told him not to screw it up.
Nick Wayne showed us a night in the life, catching him on an IRL stream, dressed well and out on the town in Miami. “Wrestling’s prodigy, call me Nick Wayne. I’m not sure if you guys have heard, but the word on the street right now is that Nick Wayne beat Chris Jericho.” Pyro went off in the arena as we cut to a shot inside!
Back on the stream, Nick checked in with the chat. “Spam Ws if I look good. Let me know in the chat. The chicks in Miami, they’re surrounding me left and right. ‘Oh, are you the guy that beat Chris Jericho? Are you the guy that beat Chris Jericho?’ Yes, that’s me. I’m Nick Wayne. Call me Nick Wayne. Did you hear the news that’s going around? Yeah, yeah, you beat him twice. You beat him twice. I just want to make sure you know. Don’t forget it. Nick Wayne. Call me Nick Wayne.”
“How many people in here do you think know that Nick Wayne beat Chris Jericho? Twice. Two times.” The pyro went off in the arena one final time before Wayne pulled away in a car to close the vignette.
United Empire’s “Speedball” Mike Bailey def. SkyFlight’s Darius Martin (w/ Christopher Daniels)
The crowd was fired up for this one at the bell, and Bailey was ready to go. Martin stayed a step ahead of Speedball multiple times in the early going until Speedball turned a reversal into a huge kick to the chest. He punished Martin with more shots in the corner, but Martin fired back with a stiff right hand. Speedball took Martin over with a headscissors, and Martin rolled to the outside. Bailey followed out with a crossbody that was on the money!
Bailey charged at Martin, but Martin ducked, and Bailey stopped short of running into Daniels. Martin tried to spin Bailey around and hit him, but Bailey was ready and kicked him in the face before throwing him in the ring. When Bailey got up on the apron, Daniels did as well, so Bailey protested, but the distraction allowed Martin to hit a running dropkick that knocked Bailey to the floor! Martin went out and fired away with punches, and we were seeing a much more aggressive side of Martin, certainly a different mindset than we were used to seeing, and it appeared to be paying off. Martin continued to wear down Bailey, and an upset felt closer to reality.
Bailey fired back, but Martin jumped through the ropes and hung up Bailey with a cutter on the second rope, an innovative use of the ring as a whole! Martin hopped back on the apron with an enzuigiri and springboarded through the ropes with a flatliner! He covered Bailey, but Bailey kicked out at two. Bailey pulled himself up in the corner, so Martin ran across the ring with a shot to the gut and put Bailey on the top rope before nailing him with an uppercut. Bailey knocked Martin off the ropes and hit a desperation missile dropkick! The crowd whipped Bailey to his feet, and he hit a quick series of kicks into a running Shooting Star Press that got a near fall!
Bailey hit a thrust kick to the chin and looked for a roundhouse in the corner, but Martin caught it. Bailey fired away, so Martin punched right back and knocked Bailey to the middle of the ring. Martin sat on the top turnbuckle, but when Bailey charged at him, Martin jumped over. Martin threw Bailey to the ropes and hit a Spanish Fly for yet another near fall! Martin tried to roll Bailey into a unique crossface submission under his chin, but Bailey rolled it over into a pin attempt. Martin kicked out, so Bailey tried a small package for a two-count.
Martin tried to get away from Bailey by going to the floor, so Bailey adjusted his path and hit an Orihara moonsault to the outside! Bailey threw Martin back in and tried for the Ultima Weapon, but Martin moved, so Bailey landed on his feet. Martin rolled Bailey into a trapping pin attempt, but Bailey got out again. Bailey missed a short-range PK and a moonsault, and when Martin grabbed him, Bailey snatched him in a straitjacket roll-up and got the pinfall win!
Bailey almost seemed a little surprised by that himself, but his resourcefulness was on display once again. Bailey gave Martin a round of applause and offered a handshake, which Martin accepted. Bailey also shook hands with Daniels and celebrated with the crowd.
Will Ospreay Sends a Message to Kyle Fletcher
We saw highlights of their past, as well as a look at what was coming at Blood and Guts, as Ospreay’s voice played over the vivid images while he spoke directly to Fletcher. Ospreay said that while the two will meet at Full Gear for the AEW World Championship, first they have to get through Blood and Guts.
Divine Dominion (“Colossal” Lena Kross and “Megasus” Megan Bayne) def. Nixi XS & Leela Feist
Divine Dominion clobbered Nixi XS and Leela Feist at the bell and took the fight outside. Bayne chopped and punished Feist on the barricade while Kross did the same to Nixi XS. They brought the two together for an ugly collision of spines before returning to the ring. Kross and Bayne double-teamed Feist in the corner with their patented offense, concluding with Bayne throwing Feist out of the corner with a German suplex! They picked her up for their double-team slam, but Nixi came back in to break it up. Unfortunately for her, that allowed Kross to grab Nixi while Bayne flew out of the corner with a boot as Kross threw Nixi to the mat with a German suplex! They laid Nixi on the mat and slammed Feist on top of her! They pinned both for the fast and dominant victory, and they looked clearly ready for Blood and Guts this Wednesday!
Willow Nightingale and Wrathlander Recruit TBS Champion Queen Aminata
Willow Nightingale and Wrathlander (Harley Cameron and Kris Statlander) were backstage. Harley Cameron spoke first. “Ladies, we have some company.”
Aminata followed. “Y’all know I missed Blood and Guts last year because I was hurt. But you know what? This year it’s even better, because I get to do it as the new TBS Champion. Persephone, are you ready? Triangle of Madness, Divine Dominion, are you ready?”
Willow Nightingale took over. “Because we’ve got the one and only Queen Aminata! We’ve got Big Stat Daddy. We have the Wrath of Harley Cameron. We’ve got the Babe with the Power, Willow Nightingale.”
Statlander talked about the Brawling Birds. “They are not here this week, just like last week. And in case you forgot, we are fighting them at Full Gear. You could have picked any two other women.”
Willow added, “You’re fighting them for the tag team championships because they’re champions and a strong team, and we need that. And if they start acting up, I have your back.” Aminata responded, “I have you guys’ backs too.” Statlander continued, “You know what? We’ve got a bigger common enemy here, so let’s do it.”
Harley Cameron fired up the group. “You’re right. This is Blood and Guts, baby. That’s what I’m saying. Twelve women enter a cage, and the only way out is to submit or surrender. So tell me, are you ready?” The group answered together as the crowd roared. Aminata had the final word: “Wait! I know we are ready to take their damn heads off.”
“The Alpha” Konosuke Takeshita def. Adam Priest
This was the hard-hitting affair we expected it to be. The two worked each other on the mat before Takeshita took over with a shoulder block and followed up with a jumping blockbuster! Priest rolled to the floor, so Takeshita followed with a huge crossbody! He threw Priest back in and tried to attack him in the corner, but Priest moved and quickly lit up Takeshita with a couple of shots. Priest followed with a dropkick that sent Takeshita to the floor, then a barrage of strikes. He rolled in to break the count and then went out to throw Takeshita into the barricade, but Takeshita blocked it with his foot. He tried to send Priest in, but Priest blocked it, so Takeshita DDTed him on the floor!
As the battle continued with Takeshita staying in control with his power, Priest continued to try to chop Takeshita down to size by attacking his legs. Priest went to the top rope, but Takeshita met him with a big shot to stun him. Then he took him all the way down to the mat with a stalling superplex! Takeshita fired away at Priest on the apron and tried to follow him out, but Priest grabbed his leg for a dragon screw. Priest hit a series of strikes to trap Takeshita’s leg in the ropes, and then hit a short dropkick from the apron directly to the knee!
Back in the ring, Priest hit a tornado DDT from the top rope and covered. Takeshita kicked out at two, but as he kicked out, Priest grabbed his leg. When Takeshita kicked him away, Priest charged right back into a Blue Thunder Bomb! But Takeshita didn’t go for the cover. He pulled himself up in the corner and backed up for a running knee, but as he charged at Priest, Priest was able to throw a kitchen sink knee into him! That took him down to the mat, where Priest quickly grabbed Takeshita in a single-leg crab. Priest was able to hang on until Takeshita whirled through, nearly into a suplex, but Priest escaped and grabbed Takeshita’s leg. Takeshita stopped him with headbutts and then tried for a high-angle powerbomb, but Priest landed on his feet and jackknifed Takeshita for a very close near fall!
Priest hit a quick series of shots, but Takeshita floored him with one big forearm! Takeshita removed his elbow pad and went for a discus lariat, but Priest stopped it with a backslide. Takeshita rolled through and hit a knee strike! He followed with a rolling elbow and Raging Fire to get the pinfall victory!
Persephone Joins Triangle of Madness and Divine Dominion for Blood and Guts
All six women on the team were together backstage at Fright Night Collision, and Thekla spoke first. “All I see is bitches, bitches, and more bitches. But for every bitch, there’s always a real one. Ready to take them out.”
Persephone directed her words at Queen Aminata. “Aminata, you stole my title. Pura suerte, good for you. But now I’m gonna take your dignity, your passion, your pride, and then I’m gonna take my baby back.”
Skye Blue followed. “Do you not remember last year? Me smiling ear to ear in my own blood? And making women scream the entire match.”
Julia Hart continued. “Last year, we made history. And this year, we’re gonna make madness.”
Lena Kross spoke next. “In that cage, the Megasus was a monster. So what are you gonna do now that you’re locked inside with two of us?”
Megan Bayne added, “You can keep on holding hands in your little friendship circle while the real women go to work.”
Thekla closed it out. “One cage, two rings, three words. Die, bitches, die!”
Marina Shafir to Challenge AEW Women’s World Champion Mercedes Moné at Full Gear
We saw a recap of their confrontation on Dynamite before some final words from Shafir. “I want to show everyone exactly who I am, but most importantly, I need to show you.”
The Cut’s Juice Robinson & The Gunns (Austin Gunn and Colten Gunn) def. The Conglomeration (Orange Cassidy, Kyle O’Reilly and Roderick Strong)
Strong and Robinson opened up the main event, but then both teams looked like they were going to get in the ring. With the referee distracted, The Cut triple-teamed Strong briefly behind the referee’s back. Strong and Cassidy were able to turn the tide and do the exact same, and Strong took over on Robinson in the corner. Robinson came back with a shoulder block, so Strong took him down with a dropkick and tagged in O’Reilly. O’Reilly mounted Robinson in the corner for punches, and Strong tagged in and did the same. Cassidy came in and hit Robinson with more than ten punches in a rare burst of energy! Robinson stumbled to the corner and tagged in Austin Gunn.
Austin charged Cassidy, so Cassidy stepped aside and pushed him right into the turnbuckles. O’Reilly tagged in and lit up Austin with a barrage of kicks and strikes. Cassidy tagged back in for a suplex, but Robinson and Colten came in and tried to suplex Cassidy. O’Reilly and Strong came in, and The Conglomeration hit a three-on-two suplex instead! Cassidy ran Austin into the corner and O’Reilly tagged in. He put Austin on the ropes, where Strong and Cassidy held him for a seesaw as Strong and O’Reilly kicked him in the back over and over again. O’Reilly came off the second turnbuckle with a knee to the side of Austin! Colten came in and quickly got laid out by a kick.
O’Reilly turned his attention back to Austin and put him in an ankle lock, but Austin rolled O’Reilly into the corner, where he nailed Robinson. That allowed Austin to level O’Reilly with a clothesline! Robinson came in and took advantage by beating O’Reilly in the corner, and the tide of the match had certainly changed. O’Reilly was in dire straits thanks to The Cut’s plan of keeping him isolated in the corner as they continued to both punish him and cut him off from making a tag. O’Reilly hit a desperation series of kicks on Colten, but when he went to make a tag, The Cut went over and tried to attack Cassidy and Strong, who fought back.
Colten taunted Strong and Cassidy and turned right into O’Reilly, who threw him into the opposite corner. But when O’Reilly went back to make a tag, Austin and Robinson pulled Strong and Cassidy off the apron. Colten stayed on O’Reilly in the corner and threw him to The Cut’s corner, where O’Reilly was able to fight free and tag Cassidy, but Cassidy was immediately cut off by Colten. Strong came back in and hit Colten with a knee, then cleared house on The Cut! He sent Robinson and Austin to the outside and followed through with a pair of boots through the ropes! Cassidy rolled up Colten for a near fall, and when Colten kicked out, Cassidy used the momentum to dive to the outside. He came back in and was able to step over Colten’s slide attempt, and then hit an inside-out dive to take out all three members of The Cut! He threw Colten back in and hit a spinning DDT for a near fall!
Cassidy brought Strong in on a tag, but The Cut came in to cut that off. Strong used Cassidy as a weapon on both Robinson and Austin, including a DDT! Colten came in and took down Strong, and the two took each other out with double clotheslines to bring things to a stalemate. O’Reilly tagged in and Robinson tagged in on the other side. They met in the middle and exchanged strikes until Robinson went to his jabs, but O’Reilly stopped him with an ankle lock!
Attention turned to the outside, where David Finlay and Clark Connors ran out to the ring. Strong saw this and took out Connors with a boot through the ropes while Cassidy took out Finlay with a dive to the outside! They fought at the bottom of the ramp, and meanwhile, Ace Austin got on the apron to distract the referee while Robinson was tapping out, so the referee never saw it. O’Reilly released the ankle lock and went after Ace Austin on the apron, but while that was going on, “Switchblade” Jay White slipped Robinson brass knuckles. Robinson put them on and hit the Left Hand of God with an extra bit of brass behind it to knock O’Reilly out cold! Robinson hid the brass knuckles and pinned O’Reilly for the victory!
After the match, The Cut swarmed The Conglomeration with a massive numbers advantage. Robinson used the brass knuckles to hit a Left Hand of God on both Orange Cassidy and Roderick Strong! The Cut celebrated as boos rained down, with White taunting Cassidy in the corner. The Cut stacked up The Conglomeration in a pile in the middle of the ring and posed over them with guns up as Collision came to a close on Halloween night.
