Important Information for Fans Attending Live Events

Your purchase and use of an Event ticket is subject to the ticket user terms available at https://www.dailysplace.com/visit/ticket-terms. Guests who do not adhere to such ticket user terms, the Ticket Pod Integrity Terms set forth below and any other venue rules will be escorted off premises without a refund.

TICKET POD INTEGRITY: To help maintain physical distancing guidelines, you agree that you will not sell, transfer or otherwise provide any of your Event tickets to anyone other than family with whom you have been sheltering, unless you are selling, transferring or otherwise providing all such tickets (i.e., your full pod of tickets) to one party.

How your event day journey will be impacted

Masks required

• All guests are required to wear masks at Daily’s Place at all times, except when actively eating or drinking.

• Guests must eat or drink only while sitting, either in their assigned seats or a designated seating location.

• Masks must completely and tightly cover the wearer's nose and mouth.

• Guests who fail to comply with this policy are subject to ejection from the venue. We appreciate your cooperation and compliance with this policy.

Parking

• Cars will be parked in every-other parking spot to encourage physical distancing.

• Masks are recommended for all guests while in parking lots.

• Tailgating is prohibited.

Daily’s Place Amphitheater Bag Policy

To provide a safer environment for the public and significantly expedite guest entry into Daily’s Place, guests will be able to carry the following style and size bag, package, or container at venue plaza areas, venue gates, or when approaching queue lines of guests awaiting entry into the venue:

• Bags that are clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and do not exceed 12" x 6" x 12." All items will be subject to proper inspection at entry gate.

• One-gallon clear plastic freezer bag (Ziploc bag or similar).

• Nonclear clutch bags (no larger than 4.5" x 6.5") may be carried into the venue along with one of the clear bag options.

• All medically necessary exceptions to the Daily’s Place bag policy must be pre-approved by Bold Events. Please contact (904) 633-2000 (option 1) or myexperience@boldeventsjax.com to be considered for a medical exception letter. Please note that all requests must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the start of the event.

Food Policy

Food is permitted inside Daily’s Place during events, provided that it is unwrapped and placed inside a one-gallon clear plastic bag no larger than 11” x 11” (standard freezer bag).

All food items are subject to visual inspection and may be subject to a more thorough inspection if necessary. Daily’s Place reserves the right to deny any food item from entry into the venue. No outside liquids or beverages will be permitted inside Daily’s Place. Any medically necessary exceptions must be pre-approved by Bold Events. Non-Contact Entry Drills

Daily’s Place will have new magnetometers with technology enabling fans to walk through carrying their clear bag, cell phone and keys.

Venue entry queue system has been structured to support physical distancing.

When exiting your seats for concessions, restrooms or following the event, please wait for aisles to clear to avoid congestion.

Mobile is a must

Make sure everyone in your party has their own mobile ticket.

Cashless Concessions and Retail

Food, beverage and merchandise will be available for purchase only with cashless forms of payment. Check the signage at the venue for more information.

Smoking Policy

• Smoking is prohibited in all areas of Daily’s Place including the seating areas, concourses, stairwells and landings, ramps, walkways, Bud Light Party Zone, Fields Auto Group Terrace Suite and restrooms.

• Guests who fail to comply with this policy are subject to ejection from the venue. We appreciate your cooperation and compliance with this policy.

What you can do to protect yourself and other guests

Guests should stay home if:

• They are sick or are showing COVID-19 symptoms, such as fever or chills, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, sore throat, congestion, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, or have a temperature above 100.4 degrees.

• They have been, or believe to have been, in close contact with anyone confirmed to have tested positive for COVID-19 or is displaying COVID-like symptoms.

• If you become ill and can't attend the event, you can resell or transfer your pod. Please review the guidelines regarding how tickets can be sold or otherwise transferred.

• If you feel ill once inside the stadium, please contact the nearest usher or security representative or text* “ASSIST” <space> followed by your location and brief issue description to 58154. *Message and data rates may apply

Keep your pod to people you know

• Pods are designed to give guests control over physical distancing while seated in the seating bowl. There is no physical distancing among guests seated together in a pod. But every guest will have at least six feet of social distance from guests in every other pod. Daily’s Place recommends that pods consist of immediate family members among whom social distancing is impossible or others with whom you are comfortable not maintaining a social distance.

• If a member of your pod cannot use his/her ticket and you wish to transfer that ticket to another individual, Daily’s Place recommends that you use utmost discretion in inviting a new individual into your pod, keeping in mind the risks associated with close interactions with individuals outside of your immediate family.

• Guests who receive tickets from a broken pod are not guaranteed relocation options and may have to leave the venue. Any tickets received or purchased through resale should confirm the entire pod is included.

• Maintain physical distancing at least six feet apart beginning at the entry gates and as you move about the venue.

Out of state/country fans

• With laws, orders, and guidelines related to the COVID-19 pandemic ever changing in various jurisdictions, all guests attending events at Daily’s Place are responsible for monitoring those laws, orders and guidelines and ensuring their own compliance. To the extent that any laws, orders, or guidelines would restrict or limit the ability of guests to come to Daily’s Place from other parts of the country or the world (including imposing any quarantine restrictions), the individual guest will be responsible for ensuring that they have complied with such restrictions or limitations.
