Starrcast Texas Schedule

It’s the most legendary fan event in professional wrestling — and this year, Starrcast is officially part of AEW All In: Texas Week!


Starrcast Texas 2025 takes place on Friday, July 11 and Saturday, July 12, live at the Sheraton Arlington hotel in Arlington, Texas, just steps away from Globe Life Field, site of AEW All In: Texas!


This year’s Starrcast is jam-packed with opportunities to meet, greet, take photos with and hear from all of your favorite AEW stars, professional wrestling legends, and many more.


The festivities get started on Friday and run through Saturday. Here’s everything you need to know about the schedule and available opportunities for Starrcast Texas.

How Starrcast Texas Bracelets and Tickets Work


Before we get to the schedule, here’s a quick explainer of how Starrcast works, for those unfamiliar:


In order to attend Starrcast, you will need to purchase a bracelet. Bracelets come in Gold, Platinum, and Week Pass varieties, although the Gold and Platinum bracelets are no longer available. 


Platinum bracelets will receive the following: Reserved seating ("best seats in the house") for various live shows/panels.


Gold bracelets receive the following: Open seating, when and where available, for various live shows/panels.



Weekend pass bracelets receive the following: Admission to the free panels in the convention lobby.


Remember: In order to participate in Pro Photo Ops and Meet & Greets, you will need to purchase separate tickets for each Pro Photo Op or Meet & Greet that you wish to attend.


All availabilities listed below are Meet & Greets unless otherwise noted as a Pro Photo Op in parentheses.
