AEW Collision Preview

What a huge night coming your way LIVE on AEW Collision TONIGHT at 8 p.m. ET/7 p.m. CT on TNT and streaming on HBO Max, as two championship bouts headline the card from Cedar Rapids, Iowa!

AEW International Champion “The Rainmaker” Kazuchika Okada will defend against AEW World Trios Champion “The Jet” Kevin Knight. Knight shocked Okada in last year’s Continental Classic. Can he do it again to win the AEW International Title?

The Babes of Wrath will try to regain the AEW Women’s World Tag Team Titles from the dominant duo who beat them for the titles, Divine Dominion. Will “Megasus” Megan Bayne and “Colossal” Lena Kross turn away the challenge of TBS Champion Willow Nightingale and Harley Cameron?

Plus, after eliminating Ace Austin of Bang Bang Gang in the AEW National Championship Blackjack Battle Royale at AEW Revolution, “Psycho Killer” Tommaso Ciampa faces Austin one-on-one on Collision.

All that and more is coming your way LIVE tonight in Cedar Rapids! Here’s your complete AEW Collision preview for March 28, 2026.

AEW Collision Matches, Preview for Saturday, March 28

AEW International Championship Match: “The Rainmaker” Kazuchika Okada of the Don Callis Family (c) vs. AEW World Trios Champion “The Jet” Kevin Knight

After beating him in last year’s Continental Classic, Kevin Knight holds the distinction of being one of only five men in AEW to pin Okada. The only thing he doesn’t have in common with those men is a singles championship. He’ll have a chance to join that group AND become a double champion tonight when he faces Okada once again – this time, for the AEW International Championship.

Knight has some momentum after he won back the AEW World Trios Titles with “Speedball” Mike Bailey and Místico from Okada, Kyle Fletcher and Mark Davis of the Don Callis Family and then successfully defended them on Collision Slam Dunk Sunday against the Family’s Konosuke Takeshita, Josh Alexander and El Clon. Beating Okada once is hard enough, but doing it twice, especially in less than six months, would be even more impressive. This highly anticipated rematch goes down tonight!

AEW Women’s World Tag Team Championship Match: Divine Dominion (“Megasus” Megan Bayne and “Colossal” Lena Kross) (c) vs. Babes of Wrath (TBS Champion Willow Nightingale and Harley Cameron)

In six weeks, Lena Kross has significantly shifted the balance of power in the women’s division, particularly by aligning with Megan Bayne. Divine Dominion beat “Timeless” Toni Storm and Mina Shirakawa in their first match as a team, and in their second match, they won the AEW Women’s World Tag Team Championship from Babes of Wrath at Revolution.

The Babes called out Divine Dominion for a rematch, but are they biting off more than they can chew (again), as Divine Dominion believes they are?

“Psycho Killer” Tommaso Ciampa vs. Ace Austin of Bang Bang Gang

Getting in Ciampa’s way has proven to be costly for many. In the AEW National Championship Blackjack Battle Royale at Revolution, Ciampa eliminated Lio Rush and then defeated him on Collision Slam Dunk Sunday. Austin was also a victim of a Ciampa elimination in that battle royale,  and now, he wants retribution and a breakthrough win. Austin must go through a relentless Psycho Killer to try to earn both tonight!
